I had called a few days in advance to make arrangements to have my exterior locks changed. The scheduling process was a simple phone call.
On the day of there was a little snafu with my address but it all worked out fine and Tim Holt made it to my place. Tim changed the locks and did a few other things such as: my deadbolt and regular knob underneath it were not the same so he made them all 5 pins whereas before one was 6 and one was 5, he also chipped away at the wood in doors to ensure that the locks lined up and latched properly, and offered his knowledge on why the key would be the same for the deadbolt and lock.
Holt Lock & Key delivers friendly and fast service plus at a reasonable price. I had called around to a total of 6 different locksmiths and Holt was the best deal.
