History

Established in 1992.

John Weber began John Weber Construction in 1992 with a truck and some tools out of Fridley, MN. Joe Hoffman came on board as an employee of his in 1999 and took an ownership role in 2004 when they formed Hoffman Weber Construction, Inc. Since that point our company has grown by an average of 40% per year (even through tough economic times), and we now maintain 12 offices nationwide. We have grown to this level by maintaining an unwavering dedication to customer service and always using high quality materials and workmanship.
