Advanced Waterproofing & Foundation Repairs

When our basement started leaking after a slew of rainstorms, we called around to inquire about getting a sump pump and drain tile installed. After waiting over a month for Advanced to come out to give us an estimate, they were finally able to come see the basement. The gentleman who came was pleasant, but not terribly outgoing or personable. No worries, though, we had already had a lot of companies turn down doing our basement, so we were willing to hire the next person to come through the door.
On Friday morning, the service man came to look at the basement and told us he would get us an estimate that afternoon or Monday. Now, over a week later, we have heard nothing from the company. Too bad for them! We were willing to pay anyone’s price just to get the work done!
