I was a little concerned about these guys at first because of some reliability issues — they didn’t call us back the first few times and we had to repeatedly follow up with them to make sure stuff was moving along. However, when it came down to it, they performed amazingly well. They were perfectly straightforward about all costs and didn’t try any weird pricing stuff. They were great communicators when it actually counted, were super efficient, packed everything well and arrived (almost) on time. The costs for our interstate move were reasonable as well. Deducting one star for the initial issues and for the fact I had to sit around the storage space for two hours waiting because they didn’t call to let me know they were running late. Everything else was perfect.
