Create is a fully custom catering company. We are a scratch kitchen focusing on local food (in-season much is from our farm!). Service of our guests is of great importance to us, knowing that all guests have different needs and tastes. We are on the pulse of food and service trends which enables us to give our clients a unique and memorable experience. We execute all types of events from groom’s dinners at our Dining Studio to 500 guest weddings at many event sites around the state. We are also a sustainable catering provider. We compost 500 lbs of food waste weekly with Eureka. When we use disposables they are compostable. We always source local foods first!

Business Owner
Philip attended the Culinary Institute of America. During and after his schooling he worked in New York City at Zoë. In New York he took in as much of the culture as he could and also did stages in many kitchens such as American Place, Aquavit, Daniel and Gotham. He began to develop his own style and philosophy of food and cooking. His Contemporary American Cuisine uses only the best available produce, meat and fish and prepares them with care in a way that focuses on the ingredients.
