History
Established in 2006.
Body One Wellness, LLC was founded in January, 2006 with the idea that for people to acquire total wellness, personal training needed to include fitness, proper nutrition education, as well as encouraging clients to have a mind-set that would drive them toward being the best they could be in all areas of their life.
The company was started by Brenda Booth, a former marketing and advertising professional with a business degree from the University of Minnesota. After graduation, Brenda held positions at Campbell Mithun, Martin Williams, ShopNBC, and Hanley Wood. «All was good, but I felt something was missing.»
In 2008 she left the corporate world to take her passion from a part-time hobby started in 2006 to a full-time endeavor. The company has grown over 20% each year and is looking to expand its healthy lifestyle services.

I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer and am an Intrinsic Coach® specializing in Health and Wellness. My next endeavor is to compete in a fitness competition, as I love to entertain! That way my Dad will see that some of my college coursework in
