St. Paul Pilates Studio (STPPS) offers a wide variety of fitness services. We are a fully equipped Pilates & Barre, Personal Training, Prenatal Fitness and Postpartum Fitness Studio. We offer private, semi-private, and group classes ranging from Pilates Mat to Hip Hop to Yoga & more. We also offer youth fitness and dance classes as well.
History
Established in 2016.
Natalie, owner of St. Paul Pilates Studio, has fitness certifications including Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, NASM Personal Trainer, NAFC Prenatal Fitness Instructor, Barre & Yoga Instructor. Natalie has 17 years of well-diversified fitness teaching experience including over 10 years working with prenatal and postpartum clientele. She specializes in techniques using Pilates apparatus, and body-weight conditioning. Her desire is to teach people body awareness and instill the longevity of exquisite fitness within each individual. Natalie has a Master’s Degree in Project Management & Organizational Leadership from DU and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from University of Wisconsin– La Crosse. Natalie grew up dancing and found solace in fitness, she taught her first YOGA class at age 16 and first PILATES class at age 18.
