History

Established in 1997.

Big Bob’s was first established in 1983, where it started selling «like new» carpet and provided a very attractive alternative to a budget conscious market in selected metropolitan areas. After witnessing a huge success with its nationwide expansion of flooring dealerships, the company expanded into the Minneapolis area led by local businessman Jack Zezza in 1998.

Big Bob’s has since evolved into a multi-​dimensional flooring dealer that services both residential and commercial customers and through its active participation in local associations. It continues to withstand an uneasy economy by maintaining its core belief that the customer deserves top-​notch service provided by a highly experienced, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Jack Zezza opened Big Bob’s Flooring Outlet in 1997 to serve the people of Columbia heights and the surrounding communities with great deals on carpeting. It’s become what Jack envisioned so long ago, a flooring store with big store options and small town service.
