Website shows they have locations in Naples, FL. Maybe George T. can investigate, but this Milwaukee location is closed and there isn’t a sign posted about a move. Website only lists this Milwaukee location.
Located next to Elements massage. Has some ice cream here a couple of month back, but last night I saw a sign in the window that the space was available for lease and all the shelves were bare. No more temptation when I’m getting massage therapy next door. :(

I get cupcakes frequently but the last 2 times, I’ve been I’ve received cupcakes that were cold and the frosting hard, because the cupcakes were previously refrigerated. So the cupcakes are not fresh!

If you’ve been to Sprinkles and you’re hoping this is similar, it’s not. While the cupcakes look great. They are very heavy. The frosting is very thick and very sweet. It’s an average cupcake.
I did not try the ice cream but I’d imagine it’s adequate. Many flavors to choose from.

Cupcakes are amazing! I love walking pass this place to see what different flavor a of cupcakes they have. My favorite is the raspberry flavored cupcake. It was so flavorful. I can’t say I have had a cupcake that wasn’t good!

Cute shop with a sweet young gal behind the counter to serve us! We all four ordered a different flavor of cupcakes. What a delicious treat!

Holy tasty cakes! I am not much of a cupcake person; they always seem gimmicky to me. A small dry cake in a cup shaped wrapper, a cupcake they say, with overly sweet tasteless sugar goo on top. No thanks, show me the real deal. Well my friends, the various cupcakes I tried from this shop were so delicious I am craving more. The cake was so MOIST, I’ll say it again, m o i s t and the frosting was decadent. My personal favorite was the chocolate devil food cupcake with raspberry surprise injection, cream cheese frosting, sensual raspberry drizzle and mini chocolate chips. Oh yeah…

Cupcakes are so good and I love the variety. The cake is moist and the toppings are so flavorful.

I was iffy about cupcakes before but their delicious frosting won me over. Red velvet, mudslide, cookie dough and many more awesome favors. Plus, other nice places nearby. The Green Line and route 14 will take you there too.

I love Grace & Shelly’s cupcakes. In the last few years, many cupcake places have come and gone in the MKE area, but G&S’s has a great product and seems destined to be here to stay. Whenever we’re walking down Silver Spring, it’s almost impossible not to stop in for a cupcake.
I’ve tried many of their recipes, and the standouts include Caramel Mudslide, Grasshopper and Red Velvet. Their frosting is among the best, and the cake is always moist and tasty. Add in the outdoor seating and ice cream, and this is the perfect addition to downtown Whitefish Bay. Check them out!

Ok, I am a huge cupcake fan. I have both lived in and traveled to a lot of places and have sampled quite a few in my lifetime, including all of the famous hotspots. Grace and Shelly’s rivals the best of them. And just so you know folks, the prices here are less than most cupcake places in NYC and Chicago. The cupcakes are always fresh and the location in Whitefish Bay is perfect. It is always a difficult decision for my kids as to whether they should get the delicious ice cream, or a cupcake. I have tried almost all of their cupcakes and my favorites are the brown sugar caramel, red velvet, and the cookie dough. Perfect amount of frosting, real butter cream, and moist, delicious cake. We are so lucky to have this gem on Silver Spring. Do not hesitate to stop by, you won’t be disappointed!

After watching 36 episodes of Cupcake Wars, roommate and I decided it was time for an adventure — our quest being to find noteworthy cupcakes and attempt to name their delicious ingredients and nuanced flavors.
After a quick use of Google, we decided on Grace & Shelly’s (especially with Cake Boss’s endorsement!). We set off for Bayshore excited and hungry!
Location? Outside seating and easy parking. Staff? Friendly. Ambience? Quite cute! (I mean, who doesn’t love whimsical, plastic see-​through chairs, am I right?!)
Cupcakes?
…Meh.
Yes, you read correctly. All the pieces of perfection were there, but the execution fell a bit flat.
Red velvet was first… An overly sweet and sugary (even a bit gritty) frosting with a completely flavorless cake.
Next, the vanilla. An average cake, that we could only describe as «just vanilla». No «yum!» or «wow!» or «oh my goodness». I even left the frosting in the wrapper, and allow me to tell you, I NEVER leave food behind.
Lastly, the chocolate coconut. I was most excited for this cupcake! However, my smile quickly dropped as a bland cake met a sandy frosting. You know there may be something off when your favorite part of the cupcake is the dried coconut… -.-
Needless to say, we will not be returning to Grace & Shelly’s cupcakes other than to bask in the sun on their outside chairs, perhaps with an ice cream cone. However, seeing as they mainly promote these cupcakes, I am a bit worried to see what their ice cream has in store.

Was disappointed after trying their gluten free cupcakes. They tasted like gritty bread w really yummy frosting to mask the flavorless cupcake… unfortunately I will not be purchasing gf cupcakes from them again. But I’m bond and determined to find a worth gf cupcake.

I love, love, love cupcakes! For the Milwaukee area, I have found Grace and Shelly’s to be the best. If I can’t make it to Chicago, to hit up Magnolia, Mollys or Crumbs, then I always stop at G&S. My favorite is the vanilla/​vanilla. Moist cake. Delicious frosting.

I have to start by saying I am not a cupcake fan and have only tried their gluten free baked goods. These are pretty good. But by far the reason to come here is for the Babe’s Ice Cream. They have a large selection and it is delicious! They only have one vegan flavor though so be aware if that is what you are in the mood for. The coffee is Keurig so just skip it.
The cost is not an issue unless you are thinking you are buying Breyers.
The staff is always very nice, but there have rarely been many customers so I worry about the longevity of the shop in WFB. They are originally from Florida so there is always that.

I used my groupon for this and felt the cupcakes were totally worth the $ 17.50. If I’d paid $ 36 on the other hand I wouldn’t have been as satisfied. I ordered all chocolate– 4 ways. The cupcakes themselves were a bit dry and not very chocolatey. The frosting was tho’ and I liked all the options. They were very pretty too.
The service was great and the store nice and bright.

The place seems cool. The guy who helped me was very nice.
Probably worth for you to try, if you get a groupon deal for $ 17.50 for dozen.
Otherwise, at $ 3, they are not worth the price.
The cup cakes are rather small. My personal preference is Red Velvet (I would give this cup cake 4 stars).
I did try the groupon dozen. I didn’t like most of the cup cakes. As another person wrote, they are too dense.
Frosting on some of the cupcakes was not very nice — some were like eating butter — exactly as another Unilocal reviewer wrote yere.
Taste is absolutely not worth the calories — unless you are a runner!
I did try the central market, down the street, as suggested by another Unilocal reviewer. Central market cup cakes are better value but not better tasting — they serve the cup cakes very cold. If you let it get to room temp, the central market cupcakes are about equally good (tried only the red velvet for comparision).
The reason for 2 stars is the Price Vs Taste = value.
They are NOT bad cupcakes. but for a premium price, I would expect better. I like cup cakes from Gregs cakes in south milwaukee — they are half the price and actually taste better. But usually, he has limited selection. I try to order ahead with him.
How ever, the best are Cacao beer cup cakes. I think they have them in IL or mail order from abes market.

I do love me some cupcakes.
First off, and most importantly, I’ll discuss the cupcakes. I had a plain vanilla and got a chocolate for the hubs (really we split then both: p). They were pretty moist cakes, with good-​tasting frosting and prettily decorated. They seemed to have a good variety of flavors, and I would have liked to try more!
I didn’t have any of the ice cream, but it looked pretty fantastic and I’ve heard great things about it!
Service was great, as they were more than willing to explain flavors to me (though I was in a plain mood!)
Atmosphere seemed nice, with a few tables to choose from, though I was only inside briefly as I got the cupcakes to go.
Overall, great place, and I’ll be back!

This is a dangerous addition to Whitefish Bay… Last night after having dinner at The Bay, I walked past Grace and Shelly’s and noticed they were still open. I walked a few feet past and turned around, went in and bought a little cup of loveliness! Oh no… this is not good. I have had three cupcakes since they opened and each one has been rich, moist, and absolutely phenomenal. I will have to blindfold myself when walking down Silver Springs Drive from now on…

I thought these cupcakes were very good. I tried the brown sugar caramel sea salt and had a bite of Dan’s key lime and they both were good. The service was fine and the prices on the high side. This would be a special treat only. The inside is really cute, too and in a nice area.

Stumbled across this place while walking the dog tonight and love the new addition to the neighborhood. I love a good cupcake and they really looked good but what I was really excited about was the Chocolate Shoppes Ice Cream from Madison!
I think they should be called Grace and Shelly’s Cupcakes and Ice Cream as Ice cream takes up over ²⁄₃ of their counter.
Seriously, its about time we had a place that serves some really good ice cream in the area. For years I wondered why we didn’t have a good ice cream place and then the Baskins in Shorewood closed. Now I know the fad is the frozen yogurt but nothing compares to some the best ice cream out there.
They also make some decent chocolate chip cookies tht they shape as a bowl for your ice cream! yummy…
I’ll write up the cupcakes another time but this place is a new gem on the northshore if you have a sweet tooth.
