Swimming Dragon Tai Chi is dedicated to providing quality instruction of Yang style tai chi and various qigong exercises in the metropolitan Boston and South Shore area of Massachusetts. Instructor Randy Moy is a practitioner of martial arts and qigong for over 15 years. If you are looking for a place to relax, tone muscles, improve circulation, increase flexibility/energy and have fun at the same time, Swimming Dragon Tai Chi will provide you with the necessary coaching that you need to meet your health & self defense initiatives.
History
Established in 2011.
In January of 2011, Randy Moy, owner of Swimming Dragon Tai Chi, decided to start up a tai chi school at the Yoga Now studio to propagate tai chi and qigong as a healing art to the Dedham community. The goal was to teach in a private, public, and corporate setting where everyone would develop at their own pace and have fun while learning tai chi. As time passed, the school’s public and private student base grew and grew.
Due to the overwhelming response for another tai chi class during the week, Swimming Dragon Tai Chi will open another class at Santosha Yoga Studio in Milton, MA starting October 6th, 2011. Randy Moy continues to present traditional Chinese material passed down from generations in a straightforward class structure.

I have over 15 years of experience with martial arts and qigong. I enjoy practicing and teaching tai chi and qigong to improve one’s health. I continue my studies with Master Cheung Fong Ha and other teachers every year to improve my tai chi practice.
