Jim’s Tire & Automotive

I have never had a better experience with an Automotive shop as I did with Jim’s, and this review is very long overdue, about a year or so. I cannot say I have ever experienced better customer service, and have never had someone help me so much as Jim’s did. I am from Chicago, and was driving up North through Wisconsin on CHRISTMAS DAY, when out of nowhere, my tire blew up. This wouldn’t be that big of an issue, except for the fact that my spare was already being used. I was distraught and didn’t know what to do. My boyfriend and I tried calling every tow shop, auto body shop, anything around to be able to try to help us get towed and put a tire on, and Jim’s was the only one that could help. He had an extra tire for us, was able to tow us to the shop, replace the tires, and I ended up buying an extra tire as well to replace the spare one since the price was very generous. All in all, I could not be happier with this place, and more grateful. They were truly there for me when I needed them, and I figured the least I could do was write a review to show my gratitude.

Dan was on his way immediately after our call. We had a flat on the interstate and he got us up on the truck fast and safely off the highway. He said that he did not have my tire size in stock but gave 3 nearby suggestions. Charge was $ 94 which I thought was very fair. Thanks for the help Dan.

They have a nice little towing gig going with city in a unposted lot across from junction pub. There is no sign saying you can’t park there then the city gives you 50 dollar ticket and Jim’s gets sixty five for towing it 300 yards. Oh they give you a court date so you can waste an evening too.
