I would give it no stars but that choice is not available. Been back to this store 3 times don’t live close so 240 miles and a lot of gas later I still don’t have the four lousy cans of mixed paint I tried to purchase. They screwed up the transaction the first time because they forgot the one $ 2.00 paint brush. Swiped my gift card for $ 50.00 then tried to void out the transaction, too late already took off the money. Then they think I am supposed to pay with some other money. That is all the money I have. Should have rung up the brush separately. Visa told me it could not be credited for 4 Days. So Farm & Fleet has my money and I can’t use it any where else and they need me to come back in 4 days. I go back yet again, they charge the account again and they try to charge the regular price for the paint, so they void it out again, and guess what happens. 4 more days and I still have no paint. I wanted my room painted before my guests are coming out of town next week. ANDSTILLHAVENOOOOPAINT. They should give me the paint for FREE. And they still have my money!!! WOW how about some training for these cashiers hugh…

This review is about the SPECIALORDERPARTS department. We ordered a belt for our lawn mower. After 2 weeks we stopped in to check if it was in to find out the order was cancelled. We placed the order again and told to wait another 2 weeks for someone to call. No one could find out where it was. They said they would check into it and call us. They never did. Next week, same thing… After 8 weeks of getting the run-around I asked for our money back. The counter person was helpless to answer any questions or to refund our money. To make matters worse the manager refused to come down to parts to talk to us. We walk up to the customer service desk and had to DEMAND to have the manager come there to talk with us. He finally gave us our money back. We shop in this store all the time. Really like a lot about it… but, we will NEVERORDERPARTS from there again. It is not worth the hassle.

Good store. Has a good variety of merchandise. Good quality. Love the candy and nuts section. Yum. Like their clothing and shoes. Have even bought tires and batteries from them. Good tool section. Can’t forget the pets either. Have a nice holiday department. Toys too! To easy to spend to much. Spring is coming and there is a whole new section on lawn and outdoor. What more can you ask for?

The Toyland is open for the Christmas season so we stopped in to do a little Christmas shopping. The clerks were friendly and helpful. They helped us find everything we were looking for. We had an ad from another store. They told us they price matched. It didn’t matter, their prices were lower anyway. The rest of the store was pretty complete. Most everything Wal-Mart would have, with farm supplies as well.

My husband bought an air compressor a while back @ full price. Just saw it on sale. I called and spoke to manager Daniel and without hesitation he gave us an in store credit for the difference! Great customer service! That is why you beat the big box stores!!! Thank you Daniel.

I don’t think you can call yourself a true Midwesterner unless you’ve been to a Farm and Fleet. I mean where else can you get a tire, boots and some of the best chocolate stars in one stop. Ok, I’m sure you can do that at other places but still… I have one 10 min from my house, but I made the pilgrimage to J’ville on a whim to see if they had the cowboy boots I was looking for and hot damn, they did. Jackpot! This store is always clean, bright and spread out. Nothing is jam packed in the store.

Once in a while I need to make a voyage to Janesville to get something from Farm & Fleet that other locations don’t have and though the trip is long I love this location. F&F Janesville is always clean and the guys on the floor are super helpful. My last visit was because online showed that the store had some items in stock and when I arrived, they did not have them. Two very nice guys on the floor helped me out for about 30 minutes looking for the items and searching the back to see if they could find anything. They were able to find a couple of the items but not the rest but I was happy with with what I got and more so happy with the stellar service I received. They went above and beyond where other stores and employees fall short. Great work guys and for this I will give you my business to return over and over again.

Excellent Customer Service that stands behind their policies while doing everything they can to accommodate their customers! I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the Customer Service Team and Manager at the Janesville Farm and Fleet regarding a price match question. The item in question was a pair of Much Mid-Height Chore boots that I was able to get through a special offer at Sears for near half the cost that F&F was selling them for. The Manager on duty took the time to investigate my request as well as explain to me why he was not able to fully match the price. The reason was due to an additional $ 15 off I would have received through Sears for being a «Shop Your Way» Rewards member and was a special offer. F&F was more than willing to match the sale price of the item. In addition to matching the sale price, the Manager asked if we would like them to pull the boots to ensure they were available when we arrived and that they would have them at the Customer Service Desk to speed up our visit to the store. I have had a handful of other interactions with F&F Customer Service and each of them was excellent! This is one of the best stores I have found when it comes to selection and price and their customer service will have me coming back in the future. Keep it up Farm and Fleet!
