I specialize in Inspecting residential, light commercial and multi-unit properties. I love to teach my clients about the property they are interested in. I also specialize in conducting structural pest inspections.
History
Established in 2014.
I have a wide variety of experience in residential construction. While working at my last construction job with Fischer Restoration in Seattle I became aware of home inspecting through a co-worker who had worked in the industry for a time. After much research I began to believe that home inspecting would be a good fit for me. Fortunately I was able to spend nearly a year working and learning for an older home inspector. During that time I was able to get a solid understanding of my current craft. With my passion for quality building practices and love for people I continue to enjoy serving my clients well!

I have a wide variety of experience in residential construction. I began to learn about home inspecting at the last construction company I was working for (Fischer Restoration in Seattle). One of my co-workers had spent some time as an inspector. What I heard peeked my interest and I began to do my research. I was very fortunate to begin working and training under an older highly experience inspector. After balancing my construction job and apprenticing under my home inspector friend Darrell I began doing my own inspections. I have a passion for quality building practices and a love for people. My desire is to always serve my clients well and help them learn about their properties.
