High Definition Home Inspection

Our realtor recommended Darren to my husband and I for our first home inspection. As first time home buyers we were nervous about everything and Darren covered everything and answered all of our questions. After that house fell through we found another house and didn’t even hesitate to call Darren again! He has now done three inspections for us and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him! He is not only thorough with his inspection but so knowledgeable about what he is finding. He is also so kind and friendly! I honestly cannot recommend him enough!

Darren came highly recommended to me by a very trusted and picky source. I called and was able to get an appointment the same week. He talked to me about his findings throughout the inspection, as well as taking notes and photos as he went. My real estate agent commented on how thorough he was being, which was much appreciated in my case as he was inspecting an older home.
He spent 3 ½ hours on 1100 sq ft and a basement. I left with a strong indication about the quality of the home, some knowledge on what to watch for, and how to handle certain issues with the home.
Homebuying has been a stressful experience with a sharp learning curve. But Darren made this part very easy. Reasonably priced, thorough, professional, on time, and willing to share his knowledge and experience — you can’t get any better than that.
Anybody can climb on your roof and waive a flashlight in the attic for $ 400. You want to go with somebody who’s really going to tell you what you’re getting yourself into.
