Unprofessional and will accuse you of picking up an item when you haven’t. Yelling at a customer isn’t a way to keep customers coming back. Do your business elsewhere and stay away.

From the teams you love to the teams you hate to the teams you probably just band wagoned and need something ASAP! Sporters definitely has a little bit of everything and not just bay area teams either. They also had really nice Christmas sweaters for. **hurting inside** $ 75 BUT they were on sale for $ 61!
The staffs here are awesome! Got greeted by everyone and was helped right away! Amazing customer service here!

The manager Troy was an amazing help!!! He was attentive and understood what we were looking for. He offered multiple items as well as the items we were looking for! I highly recommend coming here exceptional customer service. The employees are wonderful and have great product knowledge!

I come here for a lot of sports gear and stuff. The folks who work here are always so helpful. I usually call in advance to check for certain items then head down to the store. Use the entrance near Outback. That’ll be your most direct route to the store if you’re looking to be in and outa there quickly.

Buyers beware: so this place has a good amount of merchandise. But they are not the 1 stop going to find it for out of area team merchandise. (Understood and was not surprised) Most of the employees are helpful and attentive to the customers. The older man and should say the older all of them are pushy and sound like used car sales man trying to sell you what you don’t want. (Never understood trying to get closed on a deal for a sweatshirt)
The return Policy is a joke after I heard a customer as for an exchange for an Item he was refused do to the fact he had past the amount of days. He had the receipt and the item was not open but they flat out told him no. Ya well I could not get out fast enough.

Staff here is AMAZING very very helpful.

My husband bought a shirt for me. I called the store about having it exchanged. They quickly took care of me and were very nice. I had a new shirt within a few days. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Love this store! They have a great selection of local team gear and some for away fans as well (boo Dodgers!). I can always find a unique jacket or sweatshirt that is bound to stand out at the stadium.
The customer service is awesome. Everyone is friendly and they have worked with me on returns when I have misplaced a receipt.
If you walk in to the store and turn right you will see tons of bling– I am talkin Swarovski crystals with your fav team logos.
If you want some nice gear or a nice gift for a fan, stop by Sporters and you won’t be disappointed!

This is a cute little sports store with all the essential dugout gear, jerseys, nicknacks, and more. My parents bought me an SF giants ski jacket, but it was too large. I went back to exchange for a smaller size and the process was an very easy exchange. The girl at the register got me the correct size and did the exchange within a minute. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. After I did the exchange I looked around and found some really good deals on sports gear for family and friends. I will be returning in the future!
The best part of my sports adventure is that upon my first checkin, I received a 10% off on any item in the entire store!

— There is a lot of stuff packed into a small space, as a result, the counter area — including knowing where the line is — is a mess.
— The refund policy is ATROCIOUS! Store credit or exchange within 30 days even WITH the receipt.

Well I bought a wallet from them as a present and the stitching had come undone she tried to convince Mr it was ok and then they wouldn’t refund me. The «manager» was no help and the owner just sat there also I overheard them saying they were gonna repair the wallet and sell it again what a load of shit don’t ship here there return policy is garbage and so are there employees and owner

I went there to have two pro style Jamarcus Russell jerseys changed to Pryor. Received a discount just becuse I was a returning customer. Staff was great

I had one of the best retail experiences at Sporters. I had been looking for a team varsity jacket and after a few unsatisfactory online purchases I decided to purchase this item first hand. Sporters had a huge selection of quality merchandise that I could not find on the internet. The sales people were wonderfully pleasant and genuine in conversation while helping me find what I was looking for.
This is the place to go to for sports merchandise, prices and selection can not be had anywhere else in the bay area.

We had been looking for a helmet and jersey for my youngest son (cause he loves football) and were striking out. Christmas is closely approaching and every store we checked was out of stock (49ers gear)…
We were shopping for other stuff and stumbled on this store while on the great mall. Prices were great and they had everything! Above all the customer service was awesome!

Like other sports stores, they have a good selection of Bay Area teams’ merch. However, like Nate P. mentioned, Sporters’ customer service is top notch. They didn’t have the Niner jersey in the size I wanted (or any Lakers jerseys at all), but were willing to give me a call when they do. I appreciate it the effort.
…and watch out for one of the sales people… she knows who she is (Miss S). She just might talk you into buying stuff you didn’t know you wanted! Haha!

I needed it rush delivered from their warehouse in San Francisco to Philadelphia. The customer service was extremely helpful and accommodating my order and I got the jersey in time for the game.

Plentiful sports attire/​gear if you are a Bay Area sports team fan. From glass, cups, keychain lanyards, clocks, sweaters, jackets, blankets, flags. I can go on and on.
Of course this place is pricey but it’s expected.

I was looking for a Tony Romo jersey (yeah, I’m down with the ‘Boys, what about it?) for my friend as a belated graduation present. Turned to Unilocal to find a place to buy the jersey and ran across Sporters. They had a 15% off coupon on their website and they were at the Great Mall, where I was already headed, so I was pretty much set on going there.
When I arrived, I could see they had a wide array of NFL items. I think they also had some NBA and MLB stuff, too, but my eye was on the prize of the Romo jersey, so the rest of it fades out. They, of course, have all sorts of 49ers, Raiders, and Giants gear. They had the Romo jersey and jerseys from a few other major teams. But alas, no NCAA selection at all.
I got my friend the nice Romo jersey, which was steep, but compared to the Cowboys site, it was about the same price (especially with the coupon). I’d say they have quality items and an array of them (found another sports store in the Great Mall, but they didn’t have the top-​of-​the-​line jerseys, just the more basic ones). A couple of guys on the floor helped me out. My only main complaint was that it was such a hassle to use the 15% off coupon. They guy had to make several phone calls, eventually getting to the owner, who said it was okay. Then when I was at the register, the cashier girl looked at me funny, even though the guy just told her that it was fine to use the coupon.
Since I broke the seal for using the coupon, I’m hoping all future Unilocalers will be able to shop with ease. If you’re looking for a new jersey or bed spread or shot glasses to demonstrate your love for a local Bay team (or America’s team, as it was in my case), this looks like an alright place to go.
