Because the owner previously worked as a Quality Engineer in biotech, the focus is on TOP QUALITY! As I have seen over and over, the only people that would be unsatisfied are those that treat merchants like a garage sale… even though the handbags/​accessories are priced at a VERY modest profit margin; a few ignorant one-​star reviewers want to try and «weasel» and «haggle» a discount that would put this hard-​working owner out of business. I can say with 100% certainty that even when Great Mall keeps raising the store’s rent the owner keeps YOUR cost down. If you take the time to become a regular shopper, the owner is amenable to working with you on pricing but do NOT treat them like you are at the flea market!

I have excellent service here, and get raves over the handbag I got there — sometimes twice a day!
When one bag didn’t hold up, they let me return it and chose another, no charge. The clerk thanked me and said they’d send it back to the manufacturer.
The one I carry now holds everything I need, and has held up as well as I could hope. I got it off the sale table, so didn’t pay very much for it. Doesn’t look cheap, but looks fashionable enough for me!
