Business Owner

Jennifer Jaciw is a highly respected member of the transportation industry. Her extensive background spans over 25 years and includes employment at the finest charter bus companies in the Bay Area. She lends her expertise in customer service and detail to ensure each client receives the level of service they expect and deserve.

And since his early days in transportation management, Alex Jaciw believed that it was not good enough to merely meet a customer’s needs… he thought that a service based company should exceed the needs of each customer. When he left to open his own business, one of his clients lamented, «Alex, what will we do without you? You were our lone star!» This phrase became the name of the company.

I used the «Request a Quote» /​«Message the business» feature on Unilocal to find an airport pickup to my mother in law who arrived from Israel. Lone Star Limo quote was competitive to all of the offers and we booked it. Since she didn’t had a phone with her we ask the manager to update us how it goes. She was picked up by a new town car and a great and kind driver who waited to her at the gate. He carried the suitcases and let her use his phone to call us. The service was perfect and the entire communication was impeccable. I will definitely use this service again!

Planning a Birthday for a someone special can be a stressful experience, but thanks to Aisha with Lone Star the burden was taken off my shoulders. After calling several other Limo companies, Aisha was the only one willing to help me book and schedule our wine tour of Livermore. The communication, planning, service was that of which all other unnamed Limo companies should follow. Not only was the office great, we had one of the Best drivers ever, thank you Rod!
I will be using Lone Star again in the future and will recommend to anyone.

Once again, Lone Star was amazing. The big, SUV limo was gorgeous, clean and stocked. Jose, our driver, was wonderful, helped us all in and out and explained the safety features (at least four if not five ways to get out in case of an emergency). I won’t use anyone but Lone Star.

Last night I had a super fun and sassy girls night out with Lone Star Limo. I have used them a bunch of time for rides to the airport and they’ve always been so fantastic. Their drivers are always so professional and great to work with. Last night our drive Jose was so amazing and flexible. He had our three stops all worked out in his GPS and it all happened so seamlessly.
In the past I have had Rod as my driver — years ago. Christian. Alex, the owner and a few other drivers. Lone Star clearly takes pride in who they hire to represent their company.
Every time I have used them for rides to the airport they have been on time and so easy to work with. Their service is 5 star all the way! You can count on them. They are über professional and their support staff always has your best interests and your schedule in mind.
Oh and last night we had one of their big ol stretch limos for the 10 of us and it was fab! Super clean and sexy. We felt like VIP’s.

Jen and Lone Star Limo — First class service and wonderful people! I recommend Lone Star Limo to EVERYONE. I had clients (a couple) coming over here from Japan and wanted to get a stretch limo for our photo shoot in the city.
Jennifer was very patient with our requests and responsive to my emails.
So the day of, the driver was on time (well, we were a few minutes late due to hair/​makeup), very nice and flexible. It was nice to be in a stretch limo with just 2 other people! I could get used to this…
He drove us around in the city and to Sausalito. Since we had extra time, he took us to one spot with different view of GGB.
I highly recommend Lone Star.

Lone Star Limo is definitely a 5 star service company! We recently used them for service to and from SFO for our vacation. Not only did they track our flight, but they waited around for us!
Honestly, after a long day of travel I did not even think of how our delayed flight would affect our transportation home. Well with Lone Star I did not have to worry, it was so nice to see my name on a sign in the baggage area. It was then that I realized that I did not contact them about our delay. I was once abandoned by a limo service in Colorado because of a delayed flight, I know this will never happen here with Lone Star. Definitely my limo service of choice!
In addition, I did not have to worry about our bags and the ride home was smooth and relaxing. I loved the fact that I did not have to worry about payment either since that was all taken care of before hand. 5 stars for you Lone Star!

I was looking for a limo service for a friends 40th birthday. Pretty big celebration so I wanted to make sure everything ran smoothly. From setting up the limo to the end of the event, the service and the staff were outstanding!
Ray was early to pick us up, very professional, was a lot of fun and really took care of us. He even had a little bouquet of flowers for the birthday girl! He gave me his card at the first stop we made so I could call him when we were ready to be picked up. Ray was very prompt, always there within 5 minutes or less.
Lone Star limo has great rates and exceptional service! Thank you all for making my friends birthday an awesome evening out. I’ll definitely be calling you for further events!

I hired lone star for a limo ride to and from the airport for my family. Personally, I love having a sign with my name on it when I arrive at the airport, and someone to help lug around all of our bags.

Highly Recommended! Tawny did an awesome job setting up for me and my group’s transportation requirement during a weekday business gathering for a party of 7 to dinner and venture out towards the city. Our driver Carpio was a true professional that evening and took great care of us.

We reserved a stretch limo for our daughter’s senior prom for her and 10 of her friends and classmates. They had a couple of hours to kill before the prom so Ron, the chauffeur, drove them around San Jose and then took them to the San Jose Heritage Rose Garden where he took photos of the group.
After the prom, my daughter told me that they all had a wonderful time in the limo and that the limo ride was more fun than the prom!
Another very nice touch was the fact that Ron printed and framed the photos that he’d taken of the kids at the Rose Garden.
We were extremely happy with our decision to hire Lone Star Limousine since they went above and beyond to make sure that my daughter, her friends and classmates had a truly memorable limo experience on the way to their senior prom. I would recommend Lone Star Limousine again and again.

I called Lone Star based on its Unilocal reviews. I wanted to do a last minute wine tasting tour for my wife’s 30th birthday. Some of my friends were bringing their kids so I needed a vehicle that can hold child seats since limos dont have seat belts. I called Lone Star and initially spoke with Ray. He told me that he was available on a short notice and that they had a 14 passenger van than can hold child seats. I finalized the date with the owner, Alex. After speaking with them, I noticed that they were very professional and cared about their customers.
Our driver, Ray, arrived early and provided a clean 14-​passenger van. There were 7 adults and 3 children under the age of 3. So you can imagine the space that we needed for child seats and strollers. The van fit all of us perfectly! Ray provided outstanding service and took us to several wineries and waited in the parking lot until we were done. I will admit, they are a not cheap, but reasonable. You definitely pay for their first class service. I would use them again for any charter type services.

In June I organized a group of girls for a wine tour near Los Gatos. We’d found Lone Star limo through a referral and WOW! I was so impressed with them. Negotiating for the tour was easy because they already had clear options for us. The price was also very reasonable.
A few days before our wine tour I realized that there was a festival going on in the Santa Cruz mountains. I panicked and called Lone Star. Turns out they had already been in touch with all of the wineries, and made sure that we would be welcomed and accommodated.
Everything the day of went smoothly — including an unexpected trip to find some lunch in downtown Los Gatos. Our driver was courteous, and we tasted some delicious wines. Thank you, Lone Star!
