Wow the cakes are moist and not overpowering in sweetness or flavor. Just the right balance of subtle flavor. Very addicting. We went here on a whim to check it out after we shopped at ranch 99. And three days later we still had some pastries and they were still yummy and moist. Filling on coconut roll and their sponge cake were perfect. Others I’ve tried may look ok on the outside but then was very dry or overpoweringly too sweet. We will definitely be back
