History

Established in 2008.

Chef and Owner Marcos Belfiore a local of Menlo Park, California, is a California Culinary Academy graduate and has been in the food business for more than 10 years. He has worked locally in San Francisco, Half Moon Bay and the greater peninsula.

Dissatisfied with the choices and the quality of food Marcos Belfiore started his own catering company, Catering Central.

Here at Catering Central we are offer fresh, organic food, produced by the expert hands of our classically trained staff. We cater lunches, receptions and large events.

Chef Marcos Belfiore has been part of the Culinary since 1998. His experience extends to working some of the Bay Areas most respected restaurants.

Born in the United States to Argentine parents, Marcos Belfiore learned from an early age about new and exciting dishes and the importance of food and family through his latin background. He has traveled Europe and South America extensively learning and growing his repertoire of foods.

His passion for culture, travel and the arts is translated into every dish giving his customers only the very best in local fresh products.

Family, friends and the love for life is what he brings to the table!
