Nothing less then you would expect for a bowling alley. The drinks are great although it does depend on the bartender. Reason I knocked a star was because the bathrooms are disgusting. staff is helpful and I’m my sure if they still do but if you sign up for their newsletter or something of that sort. You’ll get a free game !!

We always come here with the kids. They updated the seating area for bowling as well as got a full new bar and style inside. It looks so nice. My husband and I tried a new drink per the bartenders recommendation. (Jameson with a pickle back) it was so good. We love coming here. Good service, not too packed and always a good time!

I have came to this bowling place a long time ago. I used to play bowling almost every week and I often found myself coming here for the cheap price.
Recently, I came here for a friend birthday and wow has this place change. I remember coming here and it was your typical bowling place. Plastic seat, junky old bowling ball and etc.
When I walk in, it remind me of an upscale bowling place similar to 300. They have nice leather couch and have it similar to a dinner place.
The bowling lane is similar but when I came here, it has all black light and it was pretty cool. They have projected multiple screen of music video and sport channel.
Overall, I had a great time coming here to bowl and would suggest other come here to bowl too. I came here on a Friday night and we did not have to wait so that is a plus.

Bartender & Restroom Attendant Needed!
Was here last night for league bowling, went to the bar to get a beer and no one was there, he finally showed up and I was served. Went back during 2^nd game and again no one was there, I waited and finally went to the front desk and said: «It would be nice if there was a bartender in the bar». The lady at the front desk (not wearing an AMF shirt) told me that he was waiting on a customer and that she would send someone down to my lane to take my order. No one ever did show up. A ‘Bartender’ should be at the Bar!
As for the restroom, I went into the first stall and there was no toilet paper or seat covers. They have a restroom checklist posted by the door and the one that was there last night was from the day before.
During our 3^rd game, we noticed that the level of the music had gone up, my mother went up to the front desk to let them know to please turn it down as there were still league teams bowling. The same lady at the front desk argued with her and told her that: «No, it wasn’t, it is at the same level as when you came in.»
Let me also say that there were plenty of employees standing about not doing anything.
On another note, the manager, Michelle was not there. I don’t think she would put up with what was going on.

Came in with a party of 12, we wrote down names and shoe sizes, we asked questions about pricing and whatnot. Lady at front desk gave us rude replies and even almost started argument with us? We were just asking simple questions. This lady need to go. She even was yelling at other workers and gave bad vibes to all of us.

I didn’t know what to expect as I’d never been here before but we found a groupon so thought we’d try it out. We had 2 lanes to ourselves for 2 hours of bowling fun. They have your typical snacks — sliders, nachos, chicken wings, fries, etc. The kids had a blast bowling and the adults enjoyed hanging out. I really liked their watermelon mist cocktail. The bowling alley was clean and updated. The groupon deal was awesome. We have other bowling locations closer to home but I’d be willing to drive here instead as the customer service we received was AWESOME! I didn’t get our servers name but our receipt says her name was Chen. Thanks again for your wonderful customer service :)

Used a groupon along with my co-​workers and enjoyed a great 2-​hour competition. There were 10 of us and it was divided by age groups.
Long story short, we won!
Oh and the place recently got renovated and they have like flatscreens every lane. They got a bar that makes cocktails and a small window for food stuff. You pay for the drinks by the cashier were you get your shoes.
Garlic fries was really good. Mac and cheese nuggets aren’t. They said the salad was great. Try it!
I was clean, it was funky (the good kind) and we had loads of fun! Come early as you can cause it can get really crowded.
Will do this again soon! The losers wanted a re-​match!

I guess it was just a bad idea to come on a Friday night around 8pm.
There was just wayyyy too many people. We had to wait about 30 mins for 2 lanes.
They said their (only) bowling ramp broke. so we had to bowl with the bumpers up. –1
Looks like they upgraded.
Good food and beer selection.
Clean bathrooms.
Employees were helpful.
Lots of parking.

Yay! I’m a fan. Enjoyed my first visit here, on a Saturday night with a small group of friends. After we got our lane number (they have 40 lanes) and shoes, we were getting settled at our spot, and a waitress came up and introduced herself as our server! I knew there would be food but I assumed we’d have to order it at the snack bar. That’s the first time I’ve ever seen that in a bowling alley, tbqh lol so I was pleasantly surprised by that. We ordered their full loaded nachos, regular fries, and garlic fries. I was really impressed by the nachos and how well-​layered it was! The meat could be better, but the chips are good and down to the very last bite there were toppings on every chip. Our waitress was very attentive and check in on us regularly. Towards the end of our first game, another friend joined us and I went back to the cashier to ask her to add an extra name and shoe rental for our next game. Organization up front can definitely be improved — there’s no clear line but definitely a lot of people. One group in front of me was trying to pay for their lanes with cash, but were having trouble with the math between all of them, and she was able to break it down for them and give everyone the appropriate change. The next group to the side of me (?) wanted to pay for their lanes as well, but it was confusing because they paid partial in the middle of it or something. It was definitely a mess up front, as far as customers go, but she totally held her own up there! And by the time it was my turn she was still smiling, no signs of stress under pressure. Good food and good service. Kudos, AMF.

Haven’t been here in years and was pleasantly surprised at what a great experience we had. We were lucky enough to have be relatively quiet when we came. Gianna was quick and easy to work with and was super nice. She was super knowledgeable and fun to talk to. Facilities are clean and everything is updated. Love it here and we can’t wait for our next family bowling day.

Went here with a group of friends. I was hungry so I went to order some food. The bartender there was an older white lady. Can I say rude? Discriminating, almost. When i got to the bar, there was probably 3 other people there already. She kept ignoring me, EVEN THO I MADE EYE CONTACTS WITH HER SEVERAL TIMES, and helped all the other white people that came AFTER ME. So this other Asian guy that was next to me, told her we’ve been waiting for awhile. Her response wasn’t anything near friendly or apologetic. She basically scolded him for letting her know we’ve been waiting. But when other people, that were not asians, went up to her, she was super friendly to them.
The person that brought out my food as a bit rude too. Then get this, I FOUND A LONG BLONDE HAIR deep in my nachos that i ordered. I wanted to throw up everything. The drink that I ordered tasted like syrup and ice. All my friend that tried like all made a disgusted face saying it taste like cough syrup. Also, any of my friends that went to the bar for something, all came back 40 minutes later complaining about how LONG it took for the lady to take their order and she yelled at all of them. We tried to get another pitcher of beer but she ran out of the pitcher? Took my boyfriend 20 minutes to get 2 little cups of water.

After 8 PM, $ 2 Shoes and $ 2 games! How can you say no to that? It’s super cheap, but lines start as soon at 7:30 and get out the door by 7:45 so COME EARLY!
I always go grab dinner with my coworker after work and then come to line up so we don’t have to wait too long to start bowling. They have really nice couches and big screen projectors at the end of the alley.

My friends and I came here after going to around 1 b/​c it was too crowded there. We came here and had a large group. There was about 20 of us and they were able to accommodate us all easily and next to each other. I really liked their process of getting the lanes. They gave me papers to write every persons name per lane with what their shoe size was. This simplified things so much more and made it easier for everyone to begin bowling. We had no problems. This bowling alley is really nice. They have clean leather seats for everyone to sit on and tables. At night it’s glow in the dark. They also have a bar. The bartender didn’t really seem to know exactly what she was doing but it was okay. We all ordered drinks and brought them to our lanes. This is probably my favorite bowling alley. On regular nights the shoes are about $ 5 and almost $ 8 per game. We were only able to get one game in b/​c the place closed at 1AM. They were nice in letting us finish even though it was past 1.
Overall, great bowling alley with great customer service.

They recently upgraded the arcade games and have a pool table. However, my friend and I agree that we prefer the older air hockey table. This is a great place and my go-​to for bowling. It’s very well kept and has a bar for those looking to loosen up a bit.
The large tv screens definitely are a good accent to the back of the bowling alleys.

I grew up in Milpitas, and this bowling alley has been around for a while. I was never impressed with it. Nowadays bowling alleys have gotten more upscale, and started focusing on more of a party atmosphere. I’ve worked with other bowling alleys for work functions and they did a great job of this.
I needed to locate a local bowling alley for a work function, and called Mission Lanes. The party coordinator was great. She made suggestions of what kind of drink and food options would work for our needs. I arrived slightly before the start of the event, and I was honestly surprised! They remodeled. They had the food set up up nicely.
The staff were also very helpful. The teams arrived late, and the staff were able to accommodate us, saying they could extend the bowling time since the arrivals were not on time. Great service! They definitely made my job easier! :)
I would definitely work with them again!

Wow. after our not to great experience here a week ago, I returned with my little cousin/​nephew since Moonlite said we couldn’t use our groupon there since it had been purchased in less than 24 hrs and that Milpitas would most likely be able to honor it and we had used our other same day groupon purchase the previous week, so in reluctance, I returned since I had 2 little boys who were anxious to bowl and my nephew loved it at Mission and got excited saying he preferred there anyway as we left Moonlite.
Unlike the previous week, we were helped pretty quickly and able to use our groupon (yayy!)
I noticed that on this day, the staff was pretty attentive. We had a very good experience as opposed to a week earlier! I have to say, that was probably the quickest turn around I’ve seen in customer service! Kudos Mission Lanes for getting it together!!!

It’s not the best bowling alley around here, but it’s not too bad now since they renovated it. It is definitely a lot nicer inside then it was before. They have about 40 bowling lanes with nice flat-​screens TVs that are used for score keeping! Also, they have a small café with a decent variety of food to choose from along with a bar and a small arcade.
Still, I wouldn’t come to bowl if it weren’t for their good prices and deals that they offer. Although prices do vary depending on the night and the time that you bowl, but sometimes, it can be quite cheap. Their price ranges from 5 – 8 dollars a game. However, they do have special offers.
They have all you can bowl for about 15 dollars on Monday. Then there’s Two Dollar Tuesdays, where it’s only two dollars a game after 8pm! On Friday where most places overcharge, you can come here for unlimited bowling for only $ 12.89 after 10pm. My favorite time to go is on Sunday evenings after 6pm! For only $ 8.00, they offer 2 hours of unlimited bowling!
But. this only happens when you can even get in. It gets crowded during these time and require a wait list. They quote you a time so you think you can return around like 15 minutes, but no. If they call your name and you’re not there because you didn’t want to wait there fthe whole time? Well, no biggie, you go to the bottom of the list! Service was bad. They could care less about you. The young girl at the cashier the last time I went was rude. «No you don’t want to wait again? Okay, can you guys move aside.»
Overall, I would recommend this place if you’re looking for something that is less pricey. Otherwise, I think there are so many different bowling alley that are much nicer with better customer service.

We bowled here a lot before and everybody treated us nicely but on August 2 this new cashier disrespected us.
— we were in line to add 2 more players to our lane
–cashier told us to step a side and waited so he can help the other group (7) behind us.
— we asked him why, we were in line first, he should help us first but he kept on saying stay there and waited
— we got upset and started to argue with him. At one point he said «you guys mess with the wrong person»

Came here for the first time a few weeks ago for a birthday. Will not be returning. This was on a Saturday around 6−7pm. They had a pretty big menu with yummy sounding choices however, when we went to order we were told that they were out of pepperoni for pizza, chicken for nachos, and I believe I heard someone else saying that they did not have chicken strips either. I mean if you ask me, those should be 2 staples. Maybe not so much the chicken strips or the chicken for nachos but the pepperoni… They had «ran out» on a Saturday evening. So the pizza we ordered was just cheese and sausage…
We had a pretty big crowd of about 30 adults and children. You have to go up to a desk to order your food but then the servers bring it out to you at whatever alley you’re assigned to. The food took a while to be served and the servers kept mixing up our orders. I get that we were a pretty big party but if they had a more organized system, I feel that it wouldn’t have been as confusing.
Also, initially we were seated at the lanes in the corner of the place. We wanted this area so that we could keep an eye on the kids better. But after about an hour of staying there (before we started actually bowling) they told us that we would have to move because one of the lanes were broken. Not sure why they couldn’t tell us this sooner but we had to bustle everyone over to a new set of lanes.
I would suggest doing a better job at inventory especially on a weekend evening and also would suggest pagers so that people can go pick up their own food at the desk where they ordered it from to avoid confusion.

INSIDE: when did they renovate? Looks so much better more modern and updated with red booth type seating and tables by each lane. Still have seating behind the lanes too up a level.

Bar and pool table room. Snack bar looks the same. Pro store outside in it’s own separate room with limited hours.
OUTSIDE: TONS of parking in the front side and back of the building. Bike racks too. Two entrances.
PRICES: on Fri night it was $ 20 for unlimited bowling. Prices vary depending on the night. Beer you can order by the pitcher.
