Dirty place, food not very good. Staff was pleasant. I don’t think I would be going back there ever again. The thing I didn’t enjoy the most with the pre chopped onions I had that funky metallic taste on them. That was a major turn off to my food.

Surprised at the negative reviews. I like Qudoba. I have been eating at various Qudoba locations for years. I have always had great experiences and consistently good food. I arrived at this particular location at 8 pm for a late dinner with my daughter. There were a few patrons and lots of staff. The dining room was clean and had a current look too it. The staff was professional and friendly. The food was served exactly as ordered, hot and tasted very good. I will say the food offered was not leftovers from the lunch rush. All food looked and tasted as if it had just been prepared too order. Very fresh. I had a pork taco bowl. It was a huge salad served with fresh ingredients. It was a very good salad for the price. The Pork had a really good spice. The order of chips and guacamole was good. The only issue I had was that the chips were unsalted and on the bland side. I usually prefer non-salted tortilla chips but even these needed salt. The Gauc tasted fresh and was tasty. My daughter ordered a taco bowl with half grilled chicken half beef, judging by how fast she finished it off I would say it was good. We ordered two fountain drinks too bring the total bill to $ 25.00. We left really full and satisfied. I would defiantly return. Probably next week.

Stopped here for lunch and ordered a burrito bowl. Everything was flavorless and something tasted like plastic. This place is an abomination compared to Chipotle.

Why any would elect to go here of their own volition while Chipotle and/or Moe’s continue to exist is beyond me. There’s a deficit of quality that no amount of free guacamole can compensate for!

Had the smothered burrito. Outstanding. Service was good, pleasant and fast. It’s a great place to stop in if you don’t have the time for a complete sit down but still want quality food.

I’m really surprised to see not so good reviews here. I love Qdoba. The food is awesome, I’m a regular nacho eater. My husband is a regular burrito eater. There are certain people who work there who are wonderful burrito wrappers and nacho makers. There are also people who work there who are not so good but usually my food is good either way. There are so many places to go to in blackstone but qdoba is a regular go to. I wish one was closer !

I’ll start by saying I don’t really like burritos. I lucked out and came at the perfect time of the busy day when they were bringing out fresh salsas, cheese, veggies, and hot meats so I actually enjoyed it very much. Bottom line is if you can manage to grab a burrito while everything is still fresh its a nice experience. Places to do so are few and far between though

I don’t know what’s wrong with this location. It seems like if you go during the day when the manager is working everything is fine. However if you go past 5 forget about it. Its just a bunch of kids who don’t care about anything that don’t pay attention to anything slapping you food and whatever they like. They don’t have the attention span to listen to you they get your order wrong and when you do the stupid survey on the bottom of the receipt they don’t do anything about it

Kids DONOT eat free. not Tuesday or any other day of the week. Unless the person behind the register just didn’t want to give me one free kids meal. I had 2 adult meals and 3 kids meals. They really skimp on the meat. They used to give you plenty of rice but even that they are rationing out now. Its a hit or miss with the customer servce. The food is tasty. wish it was enough.

The food and portion sizes are quite good relative to price. There are a variety of options for building your meal, so you can go veggie-healthy or splurge on the meat and sour cream. Service is efficient and fast, and my overall customer service experience at this locale has been positive. Two minuses from my point of view. Parking can be tight, as the restaurant is next to a popular movie theater. Also, the tables and floor are usually not clean. I attribute this to most employees being busy servicing customers, and the hight volume of patrons coming through. However, it would be better for appearances if somebody got off the grill every 20 minutes or so and ran a mop over the floor, wiped down tables, etc.

Their burritos are to die for! The portions are great for two(non-ravenous) people and I am never disappointed.

To the person working the counter, mumbling is not communicating. I don’t care if you hate your job, you are being paid to do it, at least pretend you give a chit. Yes you probably do have to say«black or pinto beans» a few hundred times a day. I only get asked that the very once in a while that I eat at your place, so excuse me and curb the ‘tude when I ask you to repeat yourself. And just throwing blobs of ingredients into a tortilla is NOT a burrito. The way it is wrapped actually makes a difference. And to management, why is the chicken cold? Not just lukewarm but cold? And how much extra is it for guacamole? I attempted to find out but I could never quite make out what the counter person was mumbling. And charging $ 1.89 for a cup of water? Really? Plain old water. $ 1.89. We will never go back.

Food awesome. V. Chipolte-eske. They did not have enough people on the line to build your food. Waited a long time to order. They were stressed you could tell, but friendly as anyone could be who was working their arse off.

The service here today was awful. They were supposed to open up at 11 and they were a few minutes late opening. Then, when an employee opened the door, she was like, «I’ll be with you in a few minutes» because she had to go outside and put an umbrella with Qdoba’s logo on it in one of their tables. Shouldn’t she have waited on the customers(when she came back, there were two other people there as well) before setting up an umbrella outside? She did apologize but the other employees seemed dazed and confused at this hour of the morning and had to get their DD iced coffee before waiting on the customers. For $ 7.29 a burrito, it’s not worth it, even for the yummy pulled pork ancho chile bbq burrito. At least you should get good customer service, but these days, that’s not a guarantee anywhere.

We tried this place before and were unimpressed, and we’re sure we won’t be back after this time. It doesn’t matter how good your ingredients are if the the 16 year old girl making your burrito doesn’t care. There’s not much to screw up in making a burrito. It’s being made in front of you, so really all that can go wrong is the proportions and the wrap. If it’s wrapped wrong, the ingredients are inconsistent from end to end. It’s not rocket surgery, but it’s beyond these young ladies’ grasp. By contrast, the guy who rolls my burrito at the Westboro Chipotle does it with such gusto and precision, you’d think it was his calling. I like Chipotle’s spice mix better, and the chips are fresh SOMEtimes, at least. I don’t actually recommend rolling burritos for a career, but whatever you do every day, you’ll be happier if you make it more than it is. And so will I.

Not too sure what peoples problem is here but I had a good experience. I had a chicken quesadilla and my friend had a pork quesadilla. They were both tasty and served up with gauc and sour cream. Not only was the food good but the person serving it was personable. She had a smile and even offered advice for what we should do with the rest of the day. I was surprised that the person actually engaged in a conversation. The location is great and is around a lot of other stores. It seems a little expensive for fast food,(which is what i consider it to be) but at the same time is much cheaper than if you got the same meal at a Uno’s or Applebees type restaurant.

330 calories just for the tortilla. Damn! :P I love that I can use their website to build my meal & see what I am getting myself into calorie wise. Their salsas are fresh, the counter help is friendly & it was pretty clean. The grilled chicken burrito was tasty(I cut the top off & ate the insides w/a fork) and with the addition of steamed veggies(kinda steep at $ 1.50 for 5 pieces of squash, imo) it was a good meal. *sign up on their website & you get a coupon for buy one, get one free deal*

Qdoba serves up decent Americanized Mexican food. Whenever I get hungry after power shopping a top«Mt. Blackstone» Qdoba is my place for the overstuffed burritos and salads, which really fills me up. Qdoba has a similar concept as other fast Mexican chains such as Moe’s, Salsarita’s, Costa Vida, and Chipotle, where your food is made to order down the line in right front of you. Vegetarian options are also available. Chips and salsa cost extra. Kids eat free on Tuesdays! I usually order the very large Chicken Burrito which is stuffed with lots of rice & beans, marinated chicken, lettuce, salsa, cheese & sour cream, rolled in a large flour tortilla, a good balance of meat, carbs, and veggies. I need a fork to eat this«monster burrito.» Other times, I’ve had the Taco Salads with steak or chicken served in a large fried tortilla bowl, which tasted pretty good. The food I’ve had is not bad and the service is pretty quick.
