Julie is amazing. She is so kind, compassionate and funny. It was a pure joy working with her. I had my first session with her and plan to go back more than once. Our appointment was so tailored to what I needed and it was just so easy working with her. She made sure that every minute was filled with information and meditations to make the most of our time together. Her suggestions were all so helpful and I am so excited for our next session. I would absolutely recommend Julie to anyone who feels guided to her!

I had been in a constant state of mental freak-​out for about two weeks due to a medical condition and related stress. I specifically asked my GP about seeing a hypnotherapist to address the stress and anxiety, and she told me that there was no evidence that hypnotherapy was helpful to people with my health woe. Good thing I didn’t listen to her, and thank goodness I found Julie! She is amazing! First of all, we had an initial consultation via phone, and she pretty much hypnotized me then. In our first intensive session, which she extended beyond the usual time to make sure I felt comfortable, she really worked with my specific issue and educated me on spiritual healing, most importantly making me aware of resources I didn’t even know I had within me to find a peaceful and relaxed state. This is the first time in weeks that I have felt calm. Plus, she’s so empathetic and really cares about your well-​being. I definitely recommend Julie! She saved my sanity!

I’m a believer in alternative therapies. Over the years, I’ve tried 4 – 5 different hypnotherapists. Julie is by far the most gifted, effective hypnotherapist I’ve seen.
Whether your issue is pain, quitting an addiction, reducing stress, preparing for childbirth, Julie has a way of refocusing one’s mind and creating a great sense of comfort and peace.
The only downside for me is that she has two cats in this home office, and I’m allergic to cats. I take an allergy pill before each session.
Full disclosure, Julie happens to be a good friend. I trust and appreciate her work, and recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing hypnotherapist.

Julie is an incredibly talented hypnotist. Her voice is incredibly soothing — plus she has a very intuitive way of knowing what you need and will adapt the session accordingly.
I would recommend Julie to anyone wanting hypnosis. I will definitely be using her services again! She rocks!
