Came here this morning to get my oil changed on my MB. They also changed my front headlight that was burnt out.
I will be coming back here to get my oil change and for any of my cars needs.
I sat in the garage and waited while my car was getting serviced. There wasn’t any wait which was also nice.

I confirm what I read on other reviews. This is a great auto repair shop. Honest and reliable. I came for a small repair and a wheel alignment, and they didn’t try to sell me unnecessary work.
Prices are lower than in most of other places.

Very nice customer service. Handled things very nicely when parts I supplied didn’t work. Its really hard to find a neighborhood mech shop, and I was thrilled to run a cross these guys.

I had a very good experience today bringing my car to this shop. I got to meet the owner. I was very impressed. He took very good care of me and others there. He definitely knows his craft. He is my new mechanic. It is nice to have a good mechanic close close to home.

These guys here are awesome! Absolute hidden gem. Fast, quality service. Brought my car here for the first time after my years of bad experience at serramonte ford. I had my 30K maintenance done here and I couldn’t be happier. Owner Jim was very polite and had excellent customer service. Price is very reasonable too, which is a big plus.
Before this, my landlord would always notice oil stains on their driveway and I would always bring my car to ford for inspection. Obviously, I’m not a car guy and so, I would always rely on what the guys at ford tell me. Well, they have not found anything wrong with it every time I brought it over there for maintenance. When I saw Best Auto on Unilocal and saw the good reviews, I thought I’d give a shot.
I was a bit concerned at first but they did not disappoint! Really happy with what they did and found that my car’s transmission is leaking. Jim told me to call ford immediately to have it repaired while I’m still on warranty. That’s exactly what I did. Saved me a ton of money!
It’s nice to know that there are still some honest folks around this town. The name speaks for themselves people!

Thirty five mins before closing Jim said yes to my last minute request for smog! Clean organized shop! I moonlight at a machine shop and this shop is awesome!

Got a smog check for under $ 50, no appointment. Clean and organized shop with friendly and fast service; they greeted me as I pulled up. Left the car there, went to grab lunch and car was waiting on me as I returned. EASY!

So my car started to pulling to the right — I figured OK I need a wheel alignment — haven’t done it in couple of years.
Dropped off my car and went walking around the area — took them 40 mins to complete — however the car still pull to the right. (According to the paper work — my alignment has not change much just a slight toes adjustment.
So the guys rotated my tires (for free) just to check. Now it pull to the left so the issue was the tires plus I was due for a new one. They recommended me to check out American Tires just down the street. (They were having a deal)
The 4 wheel alignment cost me $ 65 — what a deal!
Highly recommend this location — forget the other places that charges more

I had a wheel alignment performed here on my 2006 Toyota Tundra after its tire change. After doing some research online and calling numerous auto shops all around the Peninsula for quotes on alignments, I stumbled onto Best Auto Service. I was expecting to pay almost $ 100 for an alignment since it’s not cheap nowadays. While other auto shops such as Firestone, Pep Boys, and Toyota dealerships quoted anywhere from $ 80-​$ 120 as expected, Best Auto Service quoted $ 65 for a 4 wheel alignment. I was surprised and happy about the price so I drove it in.
Upon arrival, I noticed that all the mechanics were busy working, but once one of them spotted me, he immediately greeted me and stopped to see what I needed. I was quoted $ 65 again and they said it would be done in about 45 minutes. I sat and waited because I had nothing to do, and I was curious on how they performed alignments. They were professional and they did an awesome job. Towards the end, I was notified that my car actually only needed a 2 wheel alignment, so I was only charged $ 45. In addition, they provided a pre and post-​alignment measurement report both visually and verbally. The mechanic was extremely courteous, professional, and honest. Even though my car was due a little later than promised, he apologized for the delay.
I would definitely recommend this auto shop for services, especially wheel alignments, because of the fair price and the awesome mechanics! It’s hard to find courteous, professional, cheap, and honest auto service shops nowadays!

It not easy to find a Clean and Fast Service shop in Bay area. But I found one. I called in the morning and stopped in the afternoon for SMOG check on my new purchase used car, price is as promised on the phone, professionalism work. The whole process completed in 15 min. Jim is great to work with. Keep up the good work JIM !!

I do some work on my own cars, so I know a little about repairs. I was referred to Jim and am VERY HAPPY that I found him. He was very patient and answered all my questions, and gave me a fabulous deal on a broken wheel stud. There are still honest and talented mechanics around. This is my new favorite shop!

Jim did a great job on my car. He’s knowledgable and gave me an excellent price to repair a tire pressure sensor. Midas quoted me a price $ 130 more than what Jim gave me and he was quick and efficient.

Jim is absolutely the BEST mechanic I know! He is trustworthy, knows his stuff and goes out of his way to be helpful. He has serviced several cars I have owned over the past ten years, he even helped me via phone once when I was stuck on the highway between San Francisco and LA. He also never recommends any work that I don’t really need and helps me save $ by taking the best care of my car. I love his new shop, its clean and big and has parking.

Great new auto repair shop that’s part of a Chevron station. Owner Jim is terrific and very flexible schedule-​wise, and mechanic Baki did a great job with wheel alignment for my Prius — and they are running an amazing $ 65 deal for 4-​tire alignment ($ 45 for 2-​tire). Great customer service!
