Ralph delivered unexpected and phenomenal results cleaning pet stains from a deep pile carpet, and he also cleaned our expensive Persian wool and silk hand knotted rugs and the stairs while he was here. He is very economical and you will get more than your money’s worth from this amiable, hard working man. Also, he arrived just a couple of minute before the 7:30 scheduled time ready to go to work.

Ralph is fantastic! He’s totally professional and thorough. I’m so glad I hired him!
I had to change our appointment twice, and he was flexible and amenable to my crazy schedule. He showed on time and worked efficiently and carefully.
Because I only had one mid-​sized carpet to clean in my house, Ralph generously cleaned another area rug for me AND my car floor mats! He wanted to be sure I got my money’s worth. That attitude is so rare these days, I almost couldn’t believe it.
Even the chimney sweep guy who was at my house at the same time commented about how great Ralph was. Geez. He’s really a find. Hire him.

Ralph has cleaned that carpets at both my gym and my business and I highly recommend him. Our house we rent has white carpets and they get very off white after a while and stain very easily. Ralph comes over and does his thing and they look brand new every time for just to dirty again. He even helped us get nail polish out of the carpet. He’s awesome. Great work and great service!

I called this company to get a service done for a client. The gentleman I spoke to was very rude off the bat. He assumed that since I was phoning him that I was looking for a referral fee for setting up an appointment for a client. After I informed him that I was not looking for that at all and I was just looking to service a clients headboard that was delivered wrinkled he continued with saying his minimum fee and he needed payment at job site (which is reasonable). When I proceeded to tell him that he was being very rude, and I would prefer to take my business elsewhere, he hung up saying «ok yada, yada yada yada…» This was a 1 minute phone call that went horribly wrong, I was just looking to get a headboard steamed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Professional, courteous and thorough, no baloney. Ralph cleaned my wall to wall carpets and a couch for me. Showed up on time, told me how long it would take and finished early with better results than I expected. Coffee stains, dog stains, food stains, general dirt– GONE. Carpet like new.
I have high standards and Ralph exceeded them, its just that simple. I would highly recommend him and have recommended him to several friends with the same results.

Ralph has been cleaning my (white) carpet for years and I always go back to him no matter what. It’s amazing to me how much abuse I give my carpet (red wine, tea, coffee, rust), Ralph always manages to clean it up so that it looks like a brand new carpet. I am always comfortable leaving him in my home when I’m not there, and he is clean, respectful and really thorough. I definitely recommend him whenever I can!

I called Ralph at R & M and told him that my carpet had cat stains that needed to be removed. He said that he has done work similar to this before and he would be able to do the job the next day. Upon arrival, he was in his service truck and told me to let my neighbor know that he would have to block their cars in while he was working. He was rude on the first second I met him. Then when he saw my staircase and walked into my living room where I needed the carpets steam cleaned, he told me that I needed a disaster clean up!!! He literally walked in and out of my house in 3 minutes. He kept shaking his head and saying he couldn’t do it and was actually angry at me for wasting his time.
I called North Coast Carpet Cleaning and they did a great job.
Honestly, whether or not he could have done the work, there was absolutely no reason for his crappy attitude and rudeness! DO NOT USE THIS GUY!
