Relax and revive in a float pod during one-hour sessions
The outside world vanishes as guests slip into Mill Creek Float’s immersive float pods. These restricted-environment simulation therapy pods (or R.E.S.T. pods) confine visitors to an 84“x58″ pool lit with colored LEDs. The water is treated with Epsom salt, intended to help revitalize skin and relive muscular soreness and swelling along with many other health benefits. Guests can float in silence for a meditative experience or bring their own music device and use the pod’s built-in sound system to blast their own personal playlist.
