Ice cream & treats get a 5, counter people move semi-slow so they get a 3.5. Had the warm cookie sandwich and it was amazing. You pick the two soft baked cookies and the ice cream. $ 3.50-ish. Totally worth it… will be back when I have a craving for sweets!

I honestly don’t care for Baskin Robbins, and would rather get dessert somewhere else. I feel like ice cream is always so expensive and I don’t understand why! But I came here with some friends because it’s conveniently located at the town center of Mililani, and there are no other dessert places nearby(besides menchies but that doesn’t count because it’s yogurt haha). I got a keiki scoop cone for about $ 3 which isn’t bad and they actually had a special going on– buy 2 scoops of ice cream and get a free waffle cone, which I thought wasn’t that bad of a deal. So that’s what my friend got and paid about $ 6. I think it’s a personal preference because ice cream isn’t my favorite dessert to begin with, but it sure is convenient if you are already in Mililani.

Conveniently located outside the movie theater, this BR is always our stop before or after watching a movie. There is lots of parking in the shopping center, and this location is always clean. The staff here is friendly, and our boys always order the same order: World Class Chocolate with sprinkles. The cashier was so sweet, she remembered our order! Maybe it’s because our children are wild, maybe it’s their unique order… I’m going to hope is the latter of the two!

Lots of parking, close to the movie theaters. This place can get crowded at times. Workers are friendly, my favorite is the praline & cream. A few tables provided to sit, avoid this area after school times.
Omg, I’m not eating here again go to grab ice cream with the hubby, we walked and sat down scoop some ice cream and I find in my mouth something hard, take from my mouth and look at it closely its metal and its rusted, we walk back to baskin and Robbin and show them what I found and I should’ve known better no help just a sorry, their supervision sucks and it’s poor no refund I walked out and i will never eat there again.

Went in for the May 31 sundae treat and it was a rip off should have just got a regular 2 scoops. The two scoops they use for the sundae was like a kid size scoop for $ 4 isn’t worth it.

I hate doing poor reviews… We ordered a scoop of Jamoca Almond fudge and it was covered in traces of mint ice cream. It ruined the flavor of the scoop we wanted… Probably won’t be coming back to this location. All they had to do was rinse the scooper before using it. Also, the cone was stale…

I LOVE Baskin Robbins and their yummy deliciously tasteful ice cream flavors. I think I have tried almost all of the flavors except the chocolate based ones(yuck). Overall customer service is good and pretty fast.

I havent had problems with customer service as the ladies seem nice and are friendly when greeting you, but this place is by far the dirtiest Baskin Robins ive been to, and it always seems to be that way. The times ive been there there is usually younger teens behind the counter and are usually chatting or on their phone. They couldnt be bothered to wipe down the tables which is covered in previous customer’s ice cream and crumbs, even when it was super slow and there was nobody there besides myself and my kids. The floor is always yucky and needs a good cleaning. There’s a fountain that is also gross, covered in I dont know what. The chairs are normally scattered about messily so if you want to sit, you’ll have to get one or even adjust the tables just to sit there. I also never see an adult or manager so it makes me wonder who runs the place besides a couple of teens. All I’m saying is if a four year old comments on how dirty the place is maybe it should be cleaned up. Ive come here quite a few times and its always filthy. I honestly doubt the place gets cleaned when it’s closing time.

The sign outside their door says they close at 10 p.m. I walked in at 9:55 p.m. wanting to buy some gift cards only to be greeted with, «Sorry we’re closed.» Very disappointed.

Service was okay, the girl helping was in a rush and rude but that’s not why I’m giving it two stars, I’m giving it two stars because my son got a banana royale and I got a banana split — the banana royale had way more ice cream and was 2 dollars cheaper. Sad to say my son pointed it out– one scoop out of his two scoop ice cream bowl was more than the three scoops in my banana split and I didn’t get any topping, I think she forgot :(wah!

One of the worst Baskin Robbins there is. The manager who is supposedly the«owners wife» runs the most suckiest store. First of all their store always feels HOT for an ice cream place. Their ice cream case is always dirty and so is their floors. The service is slow. I bought a ice cream cake for my daughters birthday and i’ve never tasted a ice cream cake so horrible and i’ve bought many in the past. The icing which is suppose to be light and whipped cream tasting taste like buttercream and had a horrible after taste! Disgusting!!! The person who makes their cakes suck! Which is why i alwayyyys go to the Waikele baskin robbins(best location). They have amazing designed cakes and the right frostings for them. The staff their is awesome and older which probably explains the reason of that compared to the young staff at Mililani Town Center.

On a recent outing to Miliani from urban Honolulu, it feels like traveling to the neighbor islands sometimes, since it takes a lot of time just getting there, regardless of transportation mode. Taking the #62 bus to the Towne Center of Mililani will do just that. Maybe a little more. Once here at the Towne Center of Mililani, its a great place to chill out and enjoy what the shopping mall and the vicinity has to offer. Baskin Robbins was no exception. Just like any ordinary ice cream shop, Baskin Robbins prides itself on good customer service and good tasting products of all flavors. Being the chocolate whore that I am, I always go for the straight chocolate or chocolate moose, whichever variations they currently were serving. At times, they would have weird combos, so that piqued my curiousness a bit. The store itself has a couple of tables where patrons can sit down and enjoy. I rather just take mine to go and enjoy it sitting outside on the public sitting areas and people watch, while eating the ice cream. Baskin Robbins Miliani is clean and the overall service I found it to be satisfactory. Nothing amazing by any means, but at least they paid attention to you, took your order, and processed the transaction in a timely manner. If you are indecisive about what you want, they stand there and wait for you to make up your mind. Often times, high schoolers would make up the staff here at Baskin Robbins, since Mililani High School is pretty much next door. The prices here are a bit more expensive than the locations in Honolulu, but relatively in the range expected of ice cream on the go. Personally, my preference for Cold Stone Creamery would outweigh coming to Baskin Robbins anyway, but I would rate Baskin Robbins in my top 5 brands for ice cream. They’re one of the best and very inexpensive — if you don’t buy very often. So it was a nice treat coming here, after weeks of intensive workouts and sacrificing. I ultimately got the chocolate double scoop on waffle cone, which was superb at its finest. Can’t go wrong here when you are craving for something pretty epic and amazing. Support local! B

Came here after dinner at Ruby Tuesday’s and it wasn’t too busy when we came in, but shortly after it was almost like a mad house. The girl that helped me was really nice, I ordered the flavor of the month which was oreo n’chocolate. So good! Man that one scoop in a cup filled me up. As I sat their eating my ice cream, I noticed the two girls behind the counter handled the line very well and by the time everyone scattered out from being helped, I had finish my ice cream. The only thing that bothers be about this place is that beeping censor that lets the whole store know people are coming in. Drives me crazy! Other than that, everything is great!

I’ve definitely had better but for convenience sake we come here a lot. This place brings back a lot of memories as kids always ordering mint chip or daiquiri ice. Too bad they don’t have daiquiri ice anymore :(. But thankfully they still have good old mint chip! We’ve recently discovered their ice cream shakes which are basically milk and the ice cream of your choice but it’s so tasty! And freakishly expensive. I think the small is like $ 6 and the large is $ 10! And the medium somewhere in between, obviously lol but not sure, never got that size. My friend who used to work at Basking Robbins made a joke one that a lot of old people always order the Pralines n Cream. So my bf and I decided we should try it just for fun and when we tasted it… omg the old people know what’s up! It was so good… So we got a Pralines n Cream shake and now we’re addicted. We’ve also tried the Strawberry Shortcake as a shake which was good as well. If you get a large they use three scoops(I think?) of ice cream so you can mix and match how many scoops of whichever flavor you want. We mixed the Mint Chip and Cookies n Cream together once but you couldn’t really taste the Cookies n Cream. But next time you go try the Pralines n Cream in a shake, who knew it would be so good?

Oh man when I first started working in Mililani this place was one the reasons I put on a little weight. Regrets but it is sooo hard when your enjoying that sweet poison! I would go almost once a week reason for going was the«AWESOME» buy one two scoop sundae get one free coupon posted in the Midweek. Curse you Baskin-Robbins for your great savings! I not only got ice cream but so did my co-worker. I saved a bundle of cash! My fav. is the Tax Crunch with Hot fugde nuts and a cherry no whip please. Good when you and your sweetie have a craving for ice cream and don’t want to spend a lot of money.

What’s the one food I could eat everyday? Not Ice cream… lol…But it is super tasty! Ice Cream… yumm… Baskin’s.yummm…bubblegum Ice cream… remember that? They still get em! I also love the fact that you can taste test before deciding what to get. I know for sure I will love my classic flavors: choc chip, mint choc chip, pralines and cream, bubble gum, gold medal ribbon, and vanilla. I tried a new one that was featured on the window, french toast. It was quite different. now, I’m not a huge fan of cookie dough ice cream b/c of the gummy texture of the dough and the pieces of stuff in the french toast ice cream reminded me of that. It tasted a bit like pralines and cream without nuts. But also sweeter. I did enjoy it regardless… so I thought I may have to give the choc cookie dough another chance. The girl gave me the perfect scoop and squished it in enough that I could lick my ice cream without the fear of it falling off the cone. Staff was very friendly and helped everyone with a smile. I would definitely come back. Also, I would like to try the mini cone cupcakes or whatever it was that I saw advertised by the ice cream cake… #Yelp 365 Challenge — 062⁄365
