Walmart Supercenter

Brian in Electronics is awesome. He had already clocked out but all of the others employees were helping other people so he walked over to see if I need help with a TV. He spent 20 minutes helping me on his own time and even though they did not have what I was looking for he told me to call him the next and when I did he already had the information of a store who had it. The whole department is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Stopped here on the way home on Sunday to pick up a few things. This is one of the better Walmarts around. they have a huge selection of everything in all departments. I was looking for a particular item so I looked for a clerk. When I asked her where it would be, she said follow me and she took me right to it. The staff is outstanding. The check out young man was as nice and friendly as anyone I’ve ever experienced.

Absolutely infuriating that there are only two lanes open. Even self checkout is closed. And there is a worker just standing and watching all the people waiting in line and doing nothing.

Best wal mart in Louisville by far, super clean. Makes other walmarts in the area feel like Kmart.

This is the worst store on the entire planet, I have no doubt. Horrible customer service. Very slow cashiers. Only one or two lanes ate usually open at this store, with long lines. I believe they are understaffed. I have a back problem, so I ask the person bagging each time to please bag lightly because of my health issues. I cannot remember how many times I have stood by the bags and had to redistribute the goods because the bags were overpacked. This is done even after pointing it out repeatedly to the same cashier during the same visit. I used to ‘put up’ with this store because I thought they were cheaper. Not true. With Kroger card, I get great prices there. I will NEVER go back to this store again.

This store has some of the slowest worst customer service employees you’ll ever see. There are some excellent long term employees, but some are so bad it’s unbelievable. WalMart could learn so much if they studied Target’s customer service policies and trained their employees like Target does.
