Security Plumbing & Heating Supply

Went in to get a small sink and faucet for the guest bathroom.
The sink was in stock, but in a different location, the faucet was ordered through the manufacturer.
We were told 2 weeks.
Two weeks later I call. The gentleman I spoke with was clueless, put me through to the lady who I worked with 2 weeks earlier. Turns out, it was going to take another few weeks.
Someone should have called to let me know and given me the option to cancel the order. I mean I have no sink in the guest bathroom.
Anyway, when it did finally come in and we went to pick it up, we were charged $ 16 and change for shipping. REALLY? Are you kidding me??? First your time frame was wrong and you never bothered letting me know, then you nickel and dime me for the shipping?! I ordered it from your store, from your catalog and you’re gonna charge me for shipping it to you. I STILL HAD TO COME IN AND PICK IT UP!
Just terrible customer service. Will not recommend you to anyone.
