I have lived at Boulder Creek Apartments for 3 years. The property manager, Susan Hageman has been running the show there for 10 years. She does a truly impressive job. The 140 unit campus is in great shape, they have an impressive «report it, we’ll fix it» maintenance policy, the driveway is always well cleared in winter, and the underground parking is cleaned regularly. You just can’t ask for more than that from your property manager.
