Great service, I liked the price received.
Clerk 07 assisted me. It was quick and hassle free. Only 2 clerks were there assisting customers. Could use more clerks to eliminate wait time, other than that great experience.
Took me about 15 minutes to ship a package.

Long lines and usually understaffed. Aside from the wait (which there almost always is) this place isn’t so bad.

Horrible service. Ordered an item on eBay. Send it was out for delivery. Never arrived at my house. Then by the time it said pick up they where close already.

This is the worst Post Office in Miami. The worst!
Every single time I come here, there is a long, horrible line. But one of those long lines that NEVER moves. It is so incredibly slow. They usually have only 1 – 2 people working at the front, which is way too few people for the amount of people waiting in line. Also, the employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time I come here, they are fighting (literally, vocally harassing each other and saying horrible things out LOUD to each other) in front of everyone! It has happened several times when I have come here. When this happens, everyone in line just looks at each other like, wow, this is horrible. I just can’t believe the lack of professionalism at this location.
In addition, if you drop off your letter/​package in the blue boxes on the outside, don’t expect them to be mailed out quickly. I often wait days and days until the package is scanned if I leave it out there. One time, my package was not picked up or scanned for 8 days. I kindly asked the manager what the reason was for this and she so rudely responded that I will have to just wait until it scans and that’s that. Unbelievable.
This is the closest location to my house; still, I avoid it at all costs!

I like this post office but when you come in the morning is packed but this place is still good friendly service and treat the customers good but when you come at night to open your p. o box there are suddenly wierd noises that happen almost like if there’s a ghost or if the building is going to fall down if it’s a ghost I better hope they call the ghost busters beacuse You won’t last a minute in there

They can be a little slow sometimes but the service is so friendly and they know most of their customers by name! My favorite post office for sure.

I can’t help smiling as I read the reviews for this USPS. Sadly it is nobody’s secret that the USPS is bankrupt and that it can’t turn a profit. Yet you wonder what the heck is going on. There are always lines at the Post Office, there is always mail and packages being delivered, and people just need stamps to send documents. Who can save the Post Office?
That said, and apart from the long lines, everything else seems to work fine. I use the drop-​off boxes whenever I have to, or the mail boxes on the drive-​thru. If I need stamps, I use the automated teller. I won’t say this is «my post office» since I plan my trips and stop by whichever Post Office is near me, but I think this Post Office is one of those places where time stood still, and it is just refusing to move on.

Sometimes you wonder why your favorite neighborhood business fails. There is a wide variety of things from poor management to poor service can be highly contributing factors to such a failure. Unfortunately, even though the United States Postal Service is a privatized and backed by the United States government, hence unless the federal government fails, the postal service is immune to failure. That is where the unfortunate problem begins… a top level problem. Because postal workers are comfortable in their jobs, they are not in a rush to be efficient. No matter which post office you go to, you will have a similar experience… slow and friendly attendants will happily help you. Expect to spend at least 30 minutes waiting… waiting… ok, probably 60 minutes if you’re lucky. At least they are friendly.
Bottom Line: Can’t live with them, can’t live without them.

I rarely go inside this post office because the last time I was there, I waited 1 hour to pick up a package. Yea, it’s that bad sometimes.
The best thing about this place is the drive up mail boxes which makes for an easy get away from this death trap.
Side note: try leaving this place from the exit furthest from Wendy’s as the one near Wendy’s has close to zero visibility and I’ve seen many an accident happen here.

Yes — I should have read these reviews before coming in here. Wowwww — or better yet — guuuaauuuu. There were only 3 ppl ahead of me — and it took over 20 minutes. You’re small, antiquated and you really need one of those little machines where you can get stamps. I should have gone to Office Depot. The parking was fine — but I didn’t see any drive up mail boxes. I had to get OUT of my car AGAIN to go mail my envelopes. I should give them one star — but it’s true — the man at the counter was super nice. Post office’s need to get updated or people will stop sending mail altogether. :(

Never been able to get out of here in under 40 minutes. Priority mailing materials are inaccessible and the lines are always super long. Parking is a severe hassle. I wind up going to either the PO near South Miami metrorail or the one in the grove if I need to go inside, although the drop boxes for this place are very accessible via drive through.
