The Primal Plan

If you are reading this review to determine whether or not you should utilize the Primal Plan while in Miami, the answer is ABSOLUTELY. My recent trip to Miami would not have even been enjoyable had I not been on the Primal Plan. Not only did I lose weight, I gained the momentum I needed and have carried that forward to my eating at home.
When you’re on vacation or even on business for more than a day or two, eating healthy and affordably in Miami is nearly impossible. The Primal Plan took the guess work out of all of my meals… every night the little elves would drop off the food AT MY DOOR STEP! I was able to eat all throughout the day without having to worry about where my next meal was coming from. Every night like clockwork my food was delivered… I was nervous that they would forget about me at least once during my stay but that never happened! I was on the plan for three weeks. My husband was on it for one (my last week in town). My portions were perfect… primal food in general leaves you feeling energetic and not bogged down… but the Primal Plan’s take on the food was just awesome. Its not like eating out at a restaurant for each meal… it’s not supposed to be… it is eating real, whole foods in portions that are appropriate for your goal. I used the skinny and my husband ate lean mean… those portions were huge!
I fancy myself a foodie… and truly, if you love food but want to put healthy things in your body that don’t taste like diet food, this is the program for you. I will 100% utilize this service whenever I am in reach of it… I wish they did this in DC in the same fashion! Had occasion to meet with one of the owners and she was awesome as well… very flexible if you need more stock for the weekends!

I once thought this place was the best ever, but they have not had a stellar 2013. Only reason not a 1 star is because I used to love them so much. If you want to eat Paleo in Miami ignore «Primal Plan» but DO ORDER Primal Organic. Everything about them is better than Primal Plan. Better ingredients better food better everything. Order Primal Organic… not Primal Plan

I have been receiving the Primal Plan’s food since June 2012 (4 months). In that time thanks to the Primal Plan and of course working out w IMT Crossfit I have lost 20 lbs and really transformed my body. I work in sales so having the Primal Plan deliver my meals each morning which I then pack in a cooler and take with me for the day helped me immensely to stay on track. The Primal Plan offers excellent, delicious food and tons of variety. I just ordered my 5^th month. I may never eat on my own again!!! :). Thanks Primal Plan… U rock!!!

Love love their food. I am a total foodie and if I find their food to be outstanding… I don’t feel like I a compromising at all… wonderful service.

I started this plan a few weeks ago & so far I love how convenient it is. The food is brought to my door in the morning and all I have to do is put it in the fridge or heat up what I want to eat. The food isnt labeled though so Im left guessing what Im eating, if I cant remember what the menu said. So I find myself getting on their website almost daily to find out. Plus side, Its wonderful not having to cook any meals, just wonderful!
On that note, the food quality is comparable to a school cafeteria. Everything seems to taste the same and its usually very bland. However, this seems to be helping me lose weight because most of the time I dont want to finish my meal. So maybe thats their goal, but I doubt it. Dont get me wrong, not everything tastes bad, and I am brand new to the Paleo diet so my palate may just be adjusting to the newness of it all.
The cost is reasonable, its actually helping me keep on a food budget. Im not constantly talking my boyfriend into eating out because I dont feel like cooking, so we are actually saving money.
Overall I am satisfied.
