Established in 2007 Founded by William Ltaif in 2007, Smart Bites To Go has elevated healthy eating to an entirely new level. Our clients have quickly discovered that this is not just any ordinary diet program. Smart Bites delivers fresh — never frozen — nutritious, gourmet meals directly to their doorsteps three mornings every week.

We understand the time and creativity needed to research, plan, shop and prepare enticing, healthy meals. We also know that it’s easy to quickly become bored eating the same things day after day, and this boredom often leads to falling off the «diet wagon.»

The food is superb and very health and they also have meal plans that are available on their website, it’s also in a convenient place and is very popular, I also follow them on Instagram, if there were 10 stars I would rate it a 9! Wow!!! First time at smart bites and I was impressed. The sprouted bean burger was amazing. All of ingredients (lettuce, spinach, sprouts, onions, delicious black bean burger, and who could forget that chipotle mayo!!) were a perfect blend. The outside area/​garden is pretty peaceful and the art makes for a great view. I’ll definitely be back soon =)

What a delightful place! We were in Miami visiting doctors at UofM and wanted to eat somewhere other than the cafeterias. Luckily, we stumbled upon this place. The food was delicious and filling. The staff was gracious and answered all of our questions about the beautiful garden. And the garden was just an oasis! What a wonderful place to stop for a moment and just relax, have something good to eat, and recharge.
I highly recommend.

I was a bit worried when I read «vegetarian» but once I saw the menu my fears were gone and I’m happy I stopped by after reading the good reviews. Will was very friendly and takes his time with each customer. It appears he is reading the reviews and making improvements every day. The free cucumber water outside is delicious while waiting for your freshly prepared meal and the free cookie got me to write this review. The food is delicious and I love the little oasis they created in a bustling part of town. Lots of healthcare staff, great environment. Seems like a great place to network. Overall, I’m very happy with my takeout visit. If this business continues doing well, I would suggest a large sheltered seating area east of the building with cool ventilation and servers that bring your meal after you waited the line to pay.

The food is delicious. My favorites are the Veggie Burger, Baked Sweet Potato, Chocolate Mousse, Original Lemonade, Guava Mousse… Very healthy-​licious!
Customer service:
There has been times that is bad, mainly when I order for delivery, more than three times they forgot something in my order and when I called to know what had happened the girl who answered was always aggressive. Now that I order through Eat24, I thought we may not have that problem again, but kept happening… so we don’t order as much as we used to.
4 stars for the awesome food.

The food is always fresh & delicious, no doubt about it but I do wish the staff spoke English. They don’t understand a word in saying, literally and therefore have gotten my order wrong once or twice. They also will give me my sandwich and ten minutes later, my side. A little training for the staff would make this place perfect!

Ate lunch here while spending time at Jackson Memorial Hospital with a loved one. It is a short walk away and well worth it. Clean, Healthy food,
Daily specials and friendly service. I didn’t try the black bean cricket burger, but instead opted for the veggie burger, which is made with actual veggies. The fresh juices are awesome and the salad dressing is real!

I’m obsessed with this place! I have lunch here on an average three times per week. I like the fact that it’s a healthier choice and they offer yummy bowls — my fave being the med bowl which include:
Choose between vegetarian, grilled chicken, or baked salmon
Quinoa and lentils with fresh chopped spinach and topped with Italian bruschetta mix (tomato, onion, garlic, oregano, basil, rosemary, lemon juice and olive oil)
Smart Bites offer delicious lemonade drinks too. My fave is the cucumber lemonade and mango lemonade.
Don’t forget to top it off with some delicious fresh baked cookies.
What I recommend for this place is that they continue to improve on adding more items on their website and delivery time — they deliver for orders that add up to $ 15 +

Smart Bites is a great spot for lunch, and if you work at or around Jackson Memorial Hospital and you’re tired of the cafeteria food, it’s a godsend. Tasty, healthy, innovative menu with appropriate portion sizes. New selections every time I visit. Very colorful and creative décor. Locally owned by someone with a passion for good food and healthy lifestyle. The only downside is that all the seating is outside, so in the summer is very hot. But that hasn’t stopped me from visiting 5 or 6 times!

Food is really good. A little expensive.
Huge place. The owner is very nice. Service can be a little better. I was waiting by that window for a while before anyone asked me if I need anything. There needs to be a sign that says one window is for order and the other for pick up of that’s how it goes there. No napkins around you have to ask for them, I say that because I had children with me and we already knows what happens when you bring children to eat. Overall it was good I would go again.

PS. Try the carrot pineapple cake with homemade frosting. Super yum.

This place is SO random! What I mean by random is it’s literally in the middle of no where and it’s a huge building yet they don’t have any seating inside, it’s window ordering only.
I would honestly have given this place 5 stars if I had it for delivery instead of eating it there because the Greek rice bowl I had was amazing! It’s definitely a good place for someone trying to be healthy and keeping it fresh. The chicken was awesome and the flavors were on point. The reason I’m only giving it 3 stars is because it’s in an awful location, the window/​ordering system is confusing, they’re super crazy about advertising their crickets and bugs and it’s kind of a turn off, and there’s NO INDOOR SEATING.
Next time (if there is a next time) I’ll order delivery instead because eating a hot bowl in the burning heat of Miami is a hot mess of a disaster. I just don’t understand why it’s a big building and yet there’s no inside! It just sucks because my bowl was really good and I wanted to give it a better rating, but I can’t ever see myself coming back here because it’s out of the way and also like I mentioned before there’s no way I’m sitting outside in 100 degree weather. I saw 2 guys eating there in suits… SUITS!!! They were drenched, eww. Not very comfortable of a situation.
So, overall, definitely ORDER food from here, but DON’T eat here unless it’s a nice weather outside or that you just don’t give a cheap. I know I put a lot of emphasis about the whole outdoor only, but that’s because I had no idea it was outdoor only until I arrived at the location, so I’m just giving a BIG WARNING.

Great chipotle bowl!!! So delicious and very reasonably priced. ($ 8) I loved the ambiance and the people working there were very helpful explaining to us their specials and how they make their juices. They also have free strawberry– mint infused water which was great on a hot summer Miami day. I would definitely go again for my lunch break!

I was in the area and decided to check this place out. Very cool looking place! Some cool art on the wall and the best part is around the other side they have their own garden where they grow all kinds of herbs and veggies that they put into their dishes!
I ordered the sprouted bean veggie burger and it was fantastic!!! Good sized burger, the lettuce was crisp and crunchy along with the sprouts, red onion and fresh tomato. The kicker on this burger was their chipotle mayo… I could drink this stuff! I added avocado but they forgot to put it on, so next time I’ll make sure they do because I think that would have been a nice addition. The burger came with a small side of couscous with herbs and veggies… very good, wish there was more!
I looked up the menu after I left so I know what I’ll be adding next time — grilled corn on the cob and probably some fries.
I also had a guava lemonade… super fresh. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the taste but that had nothing to do with their prep, it was just the guava not doin it for me. I’ll stick to pastries for my guava.
BONUS — if you check in for the first time, you get two free whole wheat cookies. I had chocolate chip and coconut thumb print (may have been raspberry). Next time I’m getting more cookies to go! I read they don’t add sugar to them and they were actually fantastic. Makes you realize how much extra sugar is in regular cookies.
Can’t give the service 5 stars… could have been better, maybe I came on an off day, but their mission and food are phenomenal. I will definitely be back to try more food! Love this place!!!

I really want to give this place a 4-​star rating, but I just can’t say that I’m a fan of a place that denies a paying customer a glass of water to have with his meal.
Other than that, the food was amazing, and the portion is just right. It makes you feel good because you can tell the ingredients are fresh, the salt content is kept to a minimum, and it is overall a healthy meal.

A nice inner city garden accompanying a health foods café. It is located at the edge of wynwood, and north of Jackson Memorial Hospital, so you’ll find many hospital employees venturing over to this café to grab a healthy bite to eat, not to mention the excellent choices of lemonades and cookies.
For $ 8 one can get their daily specials. I got the herbs de provence which comes with quinoa, a helpful serving of pulled turkey, butternut squash, onions, and tomato topped with goat cheese. It’s very filling and delicious. You can sign up online to get their weekly daily specials. Their sandwiches are also delicious as well.
For their lemonades — I recommend their guanabana, which surprisingly is not as thick as I anticipated, but just as refreshing and sweet. For those who are feeling a lil bit more adventurous you can try their spicy lemonade (cayenne pepper) or their tamarind (yes, like the Mexican candy). Check– in on Unilocal and you’ll also get 2 free cookies.
There’s plenty of seats around, and chairs made from carts. There’s also a parking lot, but with limited spots (6), but you can also find parking along the street. I highly recommend going outside to see the different herbs that they are growing, and even trying out the swing that they have hanging from a tree located near their garden. It will bring out the inner child in you! I guarantee it!
My only gripe about this place are the bugs. Seating is outdoors only. I ended up getting bit my a strange bug that caused quite a bit of swelling and induration on my arm, so you might want to DEET up before coming here.

Located in urban area of downtown Miami, a Los Angeles film crew and I stumbled upon this place when looking for a lunch spot.
The owner picked the location of this spot, specifically, to give people in lower income neighborhoods access to healthy food.
You can walk around the garden and smell the basil and other herbs used in his food.
It has a garden area in front where you can nature while eating your food.

This place is perfect! Let’s just say if they had one around where I live I would be there every day! Little place with amazing taste and ambiance.
I had the chicken chaufa (if that’s how you spell it) with quinoa. They had two sizes, regular and large. Now, I’m someone who can eat a lot but today I thought I should take it easy and get the smaller one so I got the regular. I’m sitting in my car writing this review and I am full! The regular size was perfect!
All in all, this place is amazing and I wish they had one in broward! Also, claim the two free cookies cause they are on point!
