Established in 2012.
Taipa Peruvian Fast Food Truck opened in May of 2012. Its been almost two years and have a great amount of valued customers, who we are thankful for everyday.
Meet the Business Owner
Carlos and Michelle P.
Business Owner
Chef and owner, Carlos Paredes, first became interested in cooking at the age of sixteen while working for his mothers catering company. After completing High School, he decided to continue in the Culinary field and enrolled at San Ignacio Loyola in Lima, Peru, where he learned the fundamental skills about cooking, marketing, etc. Soon after graduating college, his girlfriend Michelle Higueras (now wife) asked him to move back to her Hometown Miami, where they both decided to open a business where he can put all is passion to work, and she can apply her accounting & business ethics as well, and that is how TAIPA Peruvian Fast Food Truck began. They wanted to bring a different experience into the Peruvian Food industry. Something inexpensive, fast, fun and delicious.
