Hay guys, this store has such a great at the atmosphere is great. I want to give a thanks to Jonathan who was able to help me out, I had just bought a Swatch watch and I was fixing one of the tanks in my office when a huge shard of glass fell on my wrist thankfully I was wearing my watch and my wrist was fine no broken bones! But however my watch did suffer some damages, but thanks to the customer service Jonathan was able to help me out! Love this store

Just wanted to say I think this is one of the best swatch stores in Miami, Fl. I am very happy with the treatment that they have given me all of the employees especially the supervisor Mr, Jonathan Gonzalez, he has been excellent, dealing with us shoppers specifically me. I love the whole ambiance everyone is very respectful ethical and very professional not to mention they have great variety of swatches with really good prices
