I travel back to Florida several times a year to visit family and these guys always get me to and from the airport on time. Courteous, prompt and reliable; exactly what you want in a shuttle service. Oh, and their price point is extremely competitive which seals the deal for me. Great guys!

HORRIBLE! Do not book in advance because they lost my reservation. I had written confirmation. They would not even apologize or compensate us in any way. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do not use this shuttle service unless you want to wait for hours before realizing it would have been way faster to take a cab.

Horrible Horrible company. We pre-​booked them for a cruise we were going on. They were supposed to pick us up at our hotel in Fort Lauderdale and take us to the port of Miami. I called them the day before our pick up to confirm that they would be there as well as that they would have a car seat for my 17 month old son as I requested. They tried to tell me he didn’t need a car seat at his age. I demanded there be one and they said there would and they would be there the next day at 10:30 am.
They were supposed to pick us up at our hotel. At 10:35 am, I called them as they were not there. They informed me they were running at least 45 minutes behind and they didn’t know when they would be able to get to me to pick me up. There were no apologies, no alternative options and they hadn’t bothered to call. The only reason I found all this out was because I called them because they were late.
I immediately cancelled the reservation and then agreed to refund my money. I got off the phone and realized I hadn’t given them my confirmation number, so I called back to confirm the cancellation and they got mad at me and yelled. After finding another shuttle service to take us to the port, I called them back to cancel our return service. This time they didn’t pick up, so I left a message asking for a return phone call confirmation.
I never got the return phone call and I’ve been trying to get a refund for 2 weeks. I have left 3 messages and emailed them 2x and have yet to get a response. Now I have to file a dispute with the credit card company to get my money back.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! We booked our wedding on a Carnival ship, months in advance, not knowing there was a 26k marathon right through the route from our hotel to the ship. We needed to be at the Ship by 10:30 am for priority boarding. R & G Transport contacted me about 10 minutes prior to scheduled time and said they were waiting outside anyone who was ready could come down. They had 2 vans and an enclosed trailer for 18 of our Wedding/​Cruise guests and over 40 bags of luggage. Everything was placed with care into their vans or trailer, Including my wedding dress which made it to the ship wrinkle free! yay!!! All there equipment was clean and new! They timed our arrival at the cruise port and managed to get us through the marathon traffic without a problem. Our wedding coordinator was an hour late! We were early! THANKS R & G Transport for taking great care of our wedding Party!!!

Excellent service. We rented two vans to transport our group from the Miami airport to the Carnival Cruise Ship. We were contacted at our pre-​scheduled time that the vans were waiting for us at the airport. The van was comfortable and served our needs. Likewise, the vans were ready to return our passengers to the airport at our predetermined time. If you want super service, reliable and prompt transportation, use R and G Transportation.
