History

Established in 2007.

We have started this car service company in Miami, Florida in 2007 with a single black town car vehicle. We have very good customers and corporate clientele do to many years of good quality service. Now we have more than 10 vehicles, from 2012 and up, top of the line cars from Mercedes S 550 to Equus and Town cars, to Mercedes Sprinter Vans with captain chairs and leather inside, SUV ‘s like Cadillac Escalades, etc. You can check our new website that will be coming soon, we have our own application running on iPhones and Android smartphones that will start being functional in the last quarter of the year. We are competing with large companies regarding the greatness of the service, our motto: Quality and Professionalism.

We are very serious about punctuality, clean cars and drivers but most of all customer satisfaction.

On time and professional driver. I was able to request an SUV for my family of 5 for a ride to PBI with less than 23 hours notice! That’s not as common as you might think with services like these, especially for first time customers. I will definitely use them again when I’m in the area again.

I am the executive assistant for a very busy CEO who is constantly traveling and has clients coming in from all over the world, and it’s my responsibility to get them transportation.
I’ve called Cata on two separate occasions, on both of those occasions the phone was answered by a very rude person, who sounded like either I just woke them up or I was bothering them. When I explained what I needed in (35 ppl) transport, I was told to get a bus, they couldn’t help me. I guess they do well enough they dont need our business.

We booked Cata for a transfer to MIA for our family vacation and what I can say is that we could not be more pleased with their service. Bryan was knocking at our door to pick us up exactly on time. You could set your watch by him. This in the middle of a heavy rainstorm and we al know what happens to traffic in Miami when it rains. Rain nonetheless, he loaded all of our bags and swiftly took all 7 of us to MIA in a spotless Mercedes Sprinter. On our return we had Bryan again picking us up at MIA. Our flight was delayed an hour and half due to weather and although I messed up and not included my flight number on my return reservation, they went out of their way to make sure Bryan was at the terminal on time to pick us up. Bryan was extremely courteous and helpful. Rest assured, I will use and recommend the guys at Cata all day long. By the way, their web reservations portal and their iPhone app are fantastic. Thanks again guys!

I have used several other limo services in the Miami/​Fort Lauderdale Area over the last several years and Cata is absolutely the best. We had Brian when we got to Fort Lauderdale and Luis when we left. They were prompt, extremely professional and personable. The cars were new, spotlessly clean and spacious. I highly recommend Cata. Professional, on time (if not early) car service. I booked them for four trips in Miami in March, and their service was impeccable. From pickups (meet and greets) at MIA, to pickups at the hotel (for delivery to both cruise ships and back to MIA), their service was spotless. You are not charged for their service until they pick you up. The Cata drivers are professional, polite, and well-​trained.
I highly recommend using Cata if you are looking for a car or limo service in the Miami area. (And Renee gets bonus points, as she was my driver on two occasions!)

I used Cata Car service for transportation to FLL after my family cruise this year. Our driver was so polite and professional, even after he waited an extra 45 minutes for us to disembark the ship! Poor guy was stuck waiting, however could not have been nicer!
The car was impeccably clean and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to end our vacation! Five Stars across the board!!!

Looked at my fellow Unilocalers for guidance on car service. I came across this company, they were not on the vendor list at the Concierge. However, the ratings were a winner for me and family here.
I was pleased with the Escalade as we had been riding Sedans all week. I wish I had have checked Unilocal sooner on.
Luis our driver greeted us with a big smile and made sure he was efficient and extremely courteous! We will call them back for service while on vacation this year.

Do not waste your time on an inferior big-​box car service. We took Go! Executive car service from FLL to miami beach and it was decent and friendly so we thought we’d take it on the way back. BIG mistake. They shamed us for not booking soon enough and were very discourteous on the phone.
Enter Cata executive car service. A wonderful experience with Cata! Andras was our driver. He arrived on time and even waited a few minutes for us while we finished our dessert and paid our check. Then we were offered waters and whisked away in a top-​of-​the-​line sedan. The seats were adjustable and even had heated seats.
Felt so good to support a business with such excellent customer service — and rates are comparable to inferior service providers. Thanks, Cata!
