History

Established in 2004.

Quality One Mortgage, Inc. was established as a small mortgage brokerage shop in late 2004, in Miami Florida to address the local community members being over looked for a home ownership opportunity. The company’s main goal was to bridge the gap between wholesale investors and customers, who were intimidated, did not get the personal attention, had a language barrier and/​or who required more patience than the traditional buyer.

In November 2007, Quality One Mortgage, Inc. gained HUD approval and began offering a variety of loan types including FHA, USDA and VA, in addition to ARM and Fixed Conforming loan products.

Today, the company has remained small and has kept to its roots. Closing and average of 5 — 10 loans per months with 80% of their loans being purchases, real estate agents have come to rely on Quality One Mortgage’s first time buyer expertise and accessibility which has kept their doors open while others have faded away.
