Well i used to go to this repair for some times spend a few thousands $$$ repairing my car there… yeah the guys are nice… but every time i did a repair something else got mysteriously broken… i mean things that never broke before… i will never go back… too much money spend… and sometimes after i paid the car broke a few block away from the store. VeRY BaD EXPerienCe.

Actually, I just realized they sold me a transforce at tire with a lower speed rating, but charged me for the same tire with the higher speed rating. Sometimes you have to beware someone who feigns nice, because they aren’t giving you what you paid for.

I’ve been here a few times and have always had a great experience. John and Sheri are extremely helpful, and HONEST. As someone who doesn’t even know how to change a tire, I value honest advice, and they always provide it. Will keep bringing my car here because not only is customer service fantastic, but because they have gained my trust, which is not really easy in Miami. Highly recommend.

Pulled in and immediately was helped by a nice guy that worked there. They gave me an estimate and were up front about everything. They also told me about how long it would take and were pretty close to accurate. Prices are really good and everyone that works there is really nice. Highly suggest this place for your auto needs

The first thing to note is that when you pull into the shop, you will be greeted by real and good people who care about what they do. Nobody is here just for profits, they are here for service. That’s what I found 10 years ago when I first pulled in. You might see clientele who have been coming here since the 70’s. The best thing about this place though, is when you pull away from the shop, you know that your car is safe and fixed, with all you need and nothing you don’t need, and you didn’t get jacked when you swiped your credit card. I get kind of annoyed though, when I come for an oil change on a Saturday and they are to the hilt with customers — people who don’t want to go anywhere else. You may have to wait, but you should wait, or you’ll come back, because once you know PT&A you won’t want anyone else to touch your car.

you have to love the attention and service at Plaza Tire. The turn around time even for special order parts and service is fast and the repairs are executed flawlessly. They always give you a frank appraisal of the repair needs and their costs and effectiveness of different options available.

This place is reliable, trustworthy and the people are so incredibly friendly, it doesn’t even feel like it’s in Miami! It’s a family owned and operated place, and the staff was so helpful to me when I had a flat tire. They really gave me the best service I could ever ask for. I will definitely return here whenever the need arises.

Great place! I got a flat tire on my car running over a glass bottle thankfully I was close and they helped me right away! And they are very reasonable.

Overall the service and can’t be beat. They did a really nice job and I’m very happy with my new tires. Very fast efficient and exactly as estimated. Labor was cheap. I did find the tires cheaper later online, but not dramatically and since I needed them right away I took what was available. I’ll definitely go back for my next car service.

I used to like them but the last time I went because of a check engine light they quoted me $ 400+ to replace the mass airflow sensor. I ended up getting a can of $ 6 mass airflow sensor cleaner from Advance Auto Parts, took 10 minutes to clean the part and have never had another issue with it. That was more than a year ago and I haven’t been back to Plaza since…
On the other hand, any place is better than Braman BMW… :-)

The guys are extremely helpful and honest.
My rental car Mazda 3 had a side door mirror that popped out of its plastic casing. The rental company said they are going to charge me like $ 200 for just putting it back in place.
I went to Plaza and the guys fixed it in 5 mins, didn’t even charge me a dime! I had asked a couple of other auto repair centers on phone and they had asked for $ 20 – 30 just to touch it.
I can’t thank Plaza enough and they have certainly earned my future business.

Took my Honda Civic Coupe 2013 in to have the passenger side mirror replaced. Initially I asked if I would have to purchase just the mount or the entire mirror. I was advised that I would have to purchase the entire mirror. No biggie paid up front $ 280, part arrived next day and I dropped my car off at 8:30am. Called a little before 12 and they told me it would be ready!
I get to the shop and notice that the edges around the mirror are damaged. I ask to speak with the mechanic to see what happened. He basically tried to give me the runaround but admitted he didn’t have the tools to take the cap on the back of the mirror off and damaged the piece!
I explained to him that if he would have called me when he realized this I would have had no problem paying for another part if that was needed. But to damage the piece and then try to convince me that was the only way he could do it … I was beside myself.
I go inside to come up with a solution with the manager. I walk inside to the mechanic talking smack about me, I walked over and said I can speak for myself.
I began explaining to the older man/​manager what had transpired. He cut me off and said «what would you like me to do??»
I told him I just simply wanted to explain to him what had happened, he cut me off again shoved the box towards me and said, «I can just take the mirror off and give you your $ 280.00 back!»
I said all I wanted was for you to listen to what happened and then you can decide if you would like to ask me to leave are do something about it. He then said «I have a lot of work to do, so what do you want me to do!»
I said yes and I am here on my lunch break… so anyways… I said it is really inappropriate for you to talk to me the way you have been and not to mention there is black grease all over my car seats, windows and doors. I just wanted to talk to you about what we could do about your mechanic damaging the part.
The only person with any customer service or rationality is named Sherry she came out and cleaned whatever grease she could off.
I called back an hour later and they had ordered the cap to be replaced and said they would call me… we will see what happens.

I just got home from having a tire put on at Plaza and will be bringing my other car there next week. I was born and raised in Miami, I am in my 50’s, and cant tell you how hard it is to find an honest nice place like this. I had my cars serviced at Braman the last 2 times, and service, pricing and attitude was awful. When you leave Braman you feel dirty or used, it amazes me that so many people go there… must be the suits everyone wears and people think since they service really high end cars, its a great place.
3 people came in Plaza and called Gabe by name, he knew their cars, and they felt comfortable that they would be treated honestly.
Can’t recommend this place high enough, its a disappearing breed in Miami.

This place is the epitome of an all-​around, honest, good business. Plaza Tire & Auto Center is the only place I will take my car from now on.
I first found Plaza Tire & Auto Center looking for a better place to get a new tire. I had called a few places like Goodyear/​Sears/​Tire Kingdom and rec’d quotes from $ 130 – 250 for a single new tire (for a Honda) and not a single one of them had it in stock. Having them all far from my place of business that would mean waiting a couple hours to actually get the tire repaired. Thanks to Unilocal,I found this gem.
The first thing that stood out was Sherry. She answered the phone is such a friendly, unrushed demeanor that left an impression. She didn’t have the information I needed right away, but took down my phone number and said she would call back with the information. I had a doubt in my head, that this is Miami, and people don’t call back, but sure enough within 15 min Sherry called me back with all the info I needed. They didn’t have the tire in stock, but could have it there within the hour at the same price as the cheapest big boy brand, for this level of customer service at the same price, it was a no brainer.
I wasn’t able to come in when they rec’d the tire, but arrived the next day. The waiting room was full, but Sherry was kind enough to have one of the techs tend to me since it was a quick, schedule tire change. She had me in and out in 20 min.
While I was there I also inquired about my AC which has been broken since my car had 12k miles on it. The dealership had quoted me $ 1200 to fix it after a $ 100 diagnostic. I luckily had my diagnostic paperwork from the dealership on me and with that Sherry got the AC pro (I forget his name) to put together a quote for me. The total would come out to $ 450. For those of you who like numbers, that’s less than 40% of what the dealership quoted me. They ordered the part right then and there and the very next day were able to fix my AC in 3 hours.
Again, I have never had such a delightful experience from an auto anything (dealership, repair, etc) and this was not only the first, but ultimately a great experience for any customer to have within any service industry.
To add the cherry on the sundae, this week, I received a very sweet thank you note via snail mail to thank me for my business.
Thank you Plaza Tire & Auto Center. You have made me a lifetime client.

Brought my AC in to get fixed.
These guys:
(1) Fried my on board CPU;
(2) Lied to me about it;
(3) Took a long time to come clean after I called back.
They eventually paid for the repairs, but this kind of negligence and lying is not OK. Just gotta warn you.

With all this construction happening in Miami a large screw was lodged in the center of my rear tire and flattened it. Downtown Miami does not have many auto repair services, and I didn’t trust the ridiculous donut the Honda provides so I sought out to get my tire patched up.
Pulled in to this auto center and was immediately taken care of. Gabe, the gentleman at the front counter, was very courteous and saw my car go right into service. 35 min later I was on my way, with my tire patched up and my spare correctly returned to the trunk.
I would have seriously given this place 5 stars. But I got seriously hosed with the charges. Where patches usually costs anywhere between $ 12 – 15 in other places this place charged me $ 28.50 plus an additional $ 5.50 for who knows what. Adding tax this screw cost me $ 35.50. Ouch! At least buy me dinner first!
Unless I’m in dire need, next time I’ll take my chance with the donut and proceed West. But, if you’re in a bind and/​or in a hurry, stop by.

What a delight to take my car here! I have never been happy about dropping any vehicle off as it’s usually a scary thing to come back and see the bill amount. Well not here — Plaza tire & auto is a pleasure to go to the second you walk in the door to the moment you drive off.
They finish work quickly and don’t skip a beat. Gabe is the core of this business and I love when walk in the door and see his smile.
