Bought a dress for niece wedding. Priscila manager was helpfull n professional. Debbie was very helpful too.

Experience was not great at all, I bought a dress there for my daughter even that I spent $ 329.00 for the dress I had them tailor it they charged me an extra $ 190.00 they had no consideration. I could had it tailor at dry cleaner for $ 80 bucks… They lost me as a customer.

my friends were getting married and they asked me to be a groomsman, they sent me here to get measured for the outfit, i was happy to be a part of their wedding but this place and the customer service was horribe, first of all the person assisting me couldnt even pronounce my name, to me he really didnt know what he was doing, all the things he was bringing out for me to try on were too baggy and loose, espcially the pants, they fit horrible, the guy asked me what type of pants i usually wear, i was wearing my work pants and told him they were slim fit and these were the type of pants i liked because i am 5’5 and my body is petite, he assured me they had the type of pants i liked but i couldnt try them on because they didnt have them in the store, i asked if i can come in another day to try the pants, he said no… that i had to wait until the day of pick up to try them on. For the day of pick up the store was super packed because it was prom week, i waited almost an hour to get my things, and when i saw the pants i instantly knew they were going to fit horrible, the pants were super baggy and not flatering at all. i asked the guy if they were slim fit and he said yes, and i told him they were not. i called the groom and he was able to speak with a manager and see if they can fix the pants. A girl named priscila who works there came to my fitting room to see what was the issue, i showed her how bad the pants fit, the other guy that works there said they looked fine to him. and i told him… ARE YOU SERIOUS? Priscila was very rude, she had an attitude problem from the beginning, other sales associates came to ask her questions and she answered to them in a bad way, she is very unprofessional in my part. The whole staff to me is clearly unprofessional, its just a bunch of teenagers working there. They fixed the pants a bit but to be honest they still fit horrible, i felt uncomfortable in them.
One of my friends had an issue here too, she was a bridesmaid at her friends wedding in february 2015 and she was very unhappy with the dress and service. She warned me about Mr.Tux.
This place was also VERY overpriced. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I found out on a Thursday that I was invited to a black tie gala happening on Saturday of the same week and, thus, needed a tux ASAP. From my experience working with Men’s Wearhouse in the past (not sure if they’ve changed) I thought that it would be nearly impossible to rent a tux and get it in time for the event. I found this smaller local provider and called to confirm that they would be able to help me out. Surely enough they did.
Victor did an amazing job walking me through the options and helping me get a pretty stylish Calvin Klein tux. Their selection, while small, has great options in it. The price was great as well. To top it all off, they have an onsite tailor that makes the adjustments JUST FOR YOU! This is huge. This is way better than having measurements done and hoping that the brand cuts their measurements right and having to send it back to the warehouse for a replacement size in case it doesn’t (assuming you have the time to make such a swap). Very happy with the service, product, and turnaround. This is my new go to for tuxedo rentals (until I grow up and buy one, of course).

Overpriced, horrible customer service, owner borates his employees in front customers. Do not recommend.

I was very impressed with Isaac who took care of us today. He was very nice and professional.
They have a variety of tuxedos for every occasion. The prices are much less than what I had imagined.
Definitely recommend this place for rentals !

I used Mr. Tux for my son since he was the only member of the groom’s party that wasn’t military. I had no issues with them. The customer service was okay, and the selection was about what I’d expect. Overall, they didn’t blow me away with what a great rental store they were, but they also met all of my needs at an affordable price. I’d use them again. The drop box is a nice touch for weekend returns since my son had to leave town right after the wedding on Sunday.

Stay away from this place! Every single one of my groomsmen had a problem. Nothing was altered and looked exactly the same as the day they tried it on for initial measurements. My father was cleaning the dance floor with his pants and my best man had to drive to Broward to pick up his jacket because this location didn’t have his size. My best man even had to go out and buy his own shirt because the size for that was wrong as well.
Spend the extra money and go to Men’s Warehouse. Not worth the $ 20 or so dollars we saved with these clowns.

Horrible customer service! A bunch of teenagers running the place and only one guy was actually working. I was recently there for a tux fitting and there was only one other person in front of me, somehow I had to wait about 45 minutes to be serviced… very poor service.

I went over to Mr. Tux today to look at what styles they had to offer for our wedding party. I was pleasantly surprised and picked out tuxedos on the spot. We had previously gone to Jos A Bank and Men’s Wearhouse, but we were having trouble finding what we wanted. Specifically, we were looking for steel grey wedding party suits and a silver suit for the groom. Best prices around and a WAY BIGGER SELECTION than both Jos A Bank and Men’s Wearhouse. Another upside was that they had ever suit in stock, so my fiancé was able to try everything on to see the fit. Overall, I’m very happy with our experience thus far.

Mr. Tux is the best place to visit when looking for tuxedos and dresses. They have a wide range of suits to cater to any style. They also sell dresses for prom and formal occasions located inside the same store (Dresses Four Me). Extremely friendly and knowledgable staff. You definitely consider Mr. Tux for your next formal purchase!
