Miami Bikram Brickell

This is my go-​to spot for Bikram. Instructors are attentive to your form. Before the class even starts, they come around and ask your name and if they notice something is off in your posture, they will call you by name and let you know — not in an obnoxious or shaming way but in a very encouraging and helpful manner. Started going here through Groupon and have now continued to enjoy incorporating into my fitness routine through Class Pass.

This week, while in Miami, I gave this place my first try (I’m very new to Bikram and started elsewhere). It’s been a fantastic experience and the instructors in both classes I attended so far were incredible (Virginia and Felipe)!!! They were very knowledgable, friendly and supportive. While having different styles, in classes of 15 or so people they were both still able to tend to every single person, while keeping the classes at a great pace. From check-​in to end, there’s a great atmosphere. I will definitely come back again when I’m in town!

It’s good! The first two classes I felt that I was passing out, the heat makes it hard… But after that I did it good!!!

105 F degrees! That’s what it is.
First time taking Bikram, not my first time taking yoga. Bikram IS NOT for the faint of heart. It’s 90 minutes of yoga in a room that’s set to about 105 F degrees.
Check-​in to the class was by the instructor herself. Within my first five minutes of waiting inside for the class to start I lost modesty and any muffin-​top insecurities. Wow it’s Hades Hot in there. The instructor was FANTASTIC! She welcomed me to the class and let everyone know I was a first-​timer. Definitely a warm welcome and helpful too — no shame in sitting down 30 minutes into the class after I started seeing black stars and felt nauseous because everyone knew I was a newbie. The instructor remembered everyone’s name and encouraged us throughout — never missing a beat. She didn’t force me to try a pose when I wasn’t ready, but rather she gently encouraged me to my edge.
The yoga room is clean and free from any distracting odors. Towels are available for rent. Cold pressed juices are on sale for $ 5. Street parking along SW 8^th street There are showers and changing rooms also at the facility. I didn’t use them, so when I do I’ll post anything related to these. Yep, I said when I use them. It was a challenging experience at a nice, clean facility. I’ll be back. I promise I’ll try.

I have been doing Bikram Yoga for 7 years now, 3 years in this beautiful studio in Miami Brickell, wonderful and friendly people everywhere, a clean and perfect surrounding for this amazing practice! Go and you will love it and get addicted like me…

Practiced here while i was visiting Miami. Prices are on par with every other Bikram studio. Intro week was $ 25. I liked this studio. The instructors were all fantastic. Relaxed calm atmosphere. I appreciated this as somedays my goal/​biggest struggle is just getting motivation to go to yoga & stay in the room rather than work on my triangle.

I’m new to yoga so I don’t have anything to match my experience against. That said, as a newcomer, I am having a great experience. The place is clean. Instructors are friendly and helpful with getting you started. Give this place a try.

If ya love hot yoga this is the place… Walking distance from where I live. I would not recommend this place if you don’t live in the Brickell area cuz parking is horrible. Great teachers and studio. Lockers are pathetic which is why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5.

I absolutely LOVE this place!
As a first timer to bikram I was extremely nervous about trying it out, but the instructors here are great with newcomers. The classes are awesome and honestly, when I’ve had a shitty day this place will turn it around.
The studio is impeccably clean, and the locker rooms have blow dryers and straighteners in them as well. PLUS, last night when I came in I was pleased to see they’ll also be selling juices now! I absolutely ove Bikram Brickell.

Nacho and Christina are great! Dont miss their classes. Be sure to get there early for the 6:30pm class — it fills up quick. Same with the 10:00am on Saturdays.

I have been coming here since January and I feel amazing (physically and mentally) after each class. This is the best Bikram yoga studio I have ever been to. Everyone is friendly, they know you by name, the facilities are meticulously clean, locker rooms have nice showers, and most importantly the instructors are fantastic. I sprained my back at crossfit 3 days ago and haven’t been able to walk normally since but after today’s class I can walk standing up!

The cleanest hot yoga place I know. Very friendly staff with several classes daily. The room is spacious and people are not crawling on top of you trying to fit their mat in.
I appreciate that the people who go here practice good hygiene as other locations can get pretty scary by the time it is the Dandayamana-​Dhanurasana (standing bow pose).

I have practiced Bikram Yoga in New York City, Buffalo, Miami beach and now Brickell. I can definitely say that the one in Brickell is by far the best. The actual bikram yoga class obviously does not change but this establishment is spic & span clean (probably because it also just recently opened) and has a great staff. I purchased a deal online for them and a few of my friends got locked into a package they offered before they even opened so it’s a neighborhood place. The instructors voice was quite soothing and that plays a big part with Bikram because as we all know if someones voice is quite annoying it’s rather hard to concentrate on maintaing a pose.

Wonderful facility and awesome teachers. Craving some Bikram Yoga on my birthday, my husband and I drove on over to this clean and inviting location. The front desk is uncluttered and has a smart shoe rack before you make it into the locker rooms and studio. The ladies changing/​locker room is spa-​worthy. One bathroom stall, but about half a dozen showers and twice as many lockers. Excellent. I have to admit that the whole color scheme and design in the ladies locker room is beautiful.
When you enter the actual studio, you’ll be welcomed by a clean, warm, sweet-​smelling (not stinky) environment, complete with low, unobtrusive music and an enormous artsy light fixture that glows in the back of the room. Class was on time and much needed. I also appreciated the fans upon entering the floor posture series. Good move. Metered parking is available around the corner and the front porch is just about right for that post-​yoga lounge. Very close to the shopping center around the corner.

best bikram studio i have been to! for me, the most important feature at a bikram studio is cleanliness and this studio is very clean. it never smells and they have an anti-​microbial woven floor that’s padded – it’s hands down the best to practice on. also, it’s a large studio and they offer classes all day, everyday which is super convenient. all of the instructors are super friendly and remember your name after your first class. they are constantly walking around correcting postures and motivating you to reach your maximum posture. they have a great heating system and fans that are quiet so they don’t interrupt your practice. it can get a bit hot when the classes are full but they are great about turning the fans on when it gets too hot. everything about this place is great – i would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try bikram.

I love it here. 3 reasons for 5 stars:
1) Clean non-​absorbent sanitary rubber flooring and the room is always hot.
2) Friendly instructors that love to teach and know how to motivate. They remember your name after the first class. Gayla and Christina are my favorites.
3) The classes are so frequent. Every night through the week they have an 8:15pm class.

My mistake. This place has the best floors for bikram.

NAMASTE like whoa! Nicest bikram facilities in Miami. Clean locker room that includes 5 showers, racks of community Dove shampoo/​condish/​body wash, two hairdriers, full length mirror. The actual studio is also very clean and new, good lighting, sterile floors, and it actually smells fantastic because they use tea tree oil to prevent the room from reeking like a gym sock.
The instructor was lively and passionate about her class, which helps to motivate, and it was very beginner friendly. Apparently they offer classes in Spanish, which seems like a fun thing to try. When in Miami!
