Business Owner

Richard Kirshner: Assumes personal responsibility for directing the investigation and development of client cases; is involved in all of our firm’s litigation and uses his vast experience to personally negotiate most of our settlements. He has achieved a «Distinguished» peer review rating from Martindale-​Hubbell®. «A widely respected mark of achievement.»

Jonathan Groff: Assumes primary responsibility for the firm’s trial practice and handling of our complex/​major claims litigation. Angel Diaz: Is directly involved in all aspects of the firm’s claims, litigation and trial practice.
