Grooming On the Go

Beware! My yorkie was recently groomed by this company and they left her with three DEEP cuts on her stomach. When they handed her back to me I could tell something was wrong as she was crying and in pain. I was forced to take her to the vet (who charged me $ 120) to glue the cuts. We were given prescription medication. The owner refused to take liability as I had «to take it up with the groomer». It’s ridiculous that the owner of the company refuses to take culpability for services that they provided. Don’t take your dog here.

Update– I used this groomer a few more times and I didn’t come out as happy as the first time. Seems like the groomer got a bit lazier and the price went up (I assume they forgot what they originally charged me). Oh well back to the drawing board.
1^st– Great job! My pup was so happy and very comfortable. Nothing like being close to home. Best part was not have to clean my car transporting my pup to and from the groomers.
The groomer, Ismael shaved him, cut his nails, cleaned his ears & other things that I will not do myself: P
He only spoke Spanish but I was ok with that as long as he didn’t make fun of my Spanglish.
When he was done he even cleaned up my driveway, making sure there wasn’t any dog fur on my car… (That was the 5^th star).
I will be using them on a regular basis for sure!

No fancy truck, no fancy uniforms, but these guys are great. My brothers dog, Jesse a crazy cocker spaniel that has gone to about four different dog groomers with no luck. The dog just goes crazy, biting, jumping, barking, head shaking you name it. These guys where recommend by my mom that uses them for her dog. The appointment was set for 10am, they arrived on time.
The groomer arrived and I brought Jesse out. She started to dark not knowing who he was, so he took the leash and started to walk Jesse. Again, Jesse started going crazy when he got her close to the truck. He told me don’t worry Jesse will be ok. I went inside the house, next thing I know Jesse’s in the truck and all you hear is the elec razors going to town.
These guys did the job, professional, nice, and a great looking cut when they were done.
If you have a dog with issues this is your groomer.
Again, not fancy, but great groomers. (Ismael, was the groomer that did Jesse)
Will use them again.
