All bugs are eliminated! Mr. Mateo was very helpful since the beginning. I called several exterminators I found in Google but some of them didn’t answer the phone and others were not available. I searched in Unilocal and I found Goodbye Bugs. Mr Mateo answered right away and he told me what to do before he goes to my house to eliminate these little bugs that were infesting our apartment.
He arrived on time and he could kill all these little bugs!!! The price was good too. I totally recommend him.

I’m so glad I found Mateo. We’re renovating a house and we made a lovely discovery of giant roaches and ants EVERYWHERE, it was time for professional help.

Mateo called back with an appointment for 50 minutes later. He listened to my concerns then sprayed the entire inside and outside for almost 1 hour. He moved furniture and opened all cabinets and doors to spray. He treated my indoor plants and planters and put bait in the kitchen cabinets.
He said this type of treatment is 100% effective for my house. He is very professional and is very clean and neat while in the house. He would not even accept a tip from me even though he offered a complimentary service because I had to wait a day due to his backlog of appointments because of rain. He advised to contact him for any future concerns.

From my recent experience, he is very busy because of his quality business practice making him in high demand. Therefore, you might have to wait a day for his service but it will be worth it.

I had a really bad ant situation inside and outside of my home because all of the rain. They were making nests outside and then finding ways to come inside due to daily rain. They were making long lines and finding various ways to come inside. Matteo came out and assessed the situation he told me right away that he was confident he could fix the problem. He sprayed outside to kill the nests and inside as well to create a barrier. It has been four days and I have not seen one ant inside out even outside on my patio. It has been a huge relief to finally be ant free! I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will retain his services for future issues.

Mateo is VERY good at what he does. He has been in the business for 20+ years. I called him in the morning for an appointment and he was at my house within hours. From my short experience with him, it is easy to see that he has a great work ethic and values customer service. He gave us a really great deal for his services and guarantees his work. Later that night we had a little scare as our puppy wandered into the area where Mateo had set up bait for the pests. My fiancé and i were worried he might’ve ingested some toxin, but Mateo answered my 9pm text with a phone call right away telling us how to check the trap to see if he had gotten in (he even offered to come check it himself!). Thankfully, everything was fine. $ 200 emergency vet visit averted! TY Mateo!

I called Mateo by finding him in Unilocal.I had just moved into a house and found a big red ant problem which was getting worse by the minute. Not only did he came by in less than 24 hrs but called me to follow up several times after. It’s been weeks and I haven’t seen any pests anywhere! Called this company after getting the run around for a week with the one my association gave me. They came out the same day I called them, sprayed different things based on the issue in that room and where the bugs were coming in at. He used spray that had no odor and dried in an hour. This was great for me since I have pets and I have severe sinus issues. He was polite, courteous and very pleasant to talk to. Work is guaranteed, a hard thing to find. Recommended some things to help keep bugs out, ie weather stripping for my very old front door with gaps etc. He even called to check in a few days later to be sure they had not come back. I will be calling him back for routine service to keep them gone. I would personally recommend this company to anyone, even my own family.

Excellent had a carpenter any problem and Mateo knew exactly what to do. He also found the source of the problem which my other exterminator never disclosed to me and in turn caused me to call Mateo a year later. Would highly recommend.

So after finding 4 roaches in my house within 24 hours, I had enough. The first place I called was Orkin and they were charging me $ 149 plus $ 99 every month after that. Plus, you have to sign a contract with them. I was so fed up with the roaches I agreed to it and they said the earliest they could come was the next morning. I started researching online and saw Orkin has horrible ratings and decided to download Unilocal and see if I could find something better. I found this company with great reviews and decided to call. Mateo picked up the phone and said he would be at my house the same day to give me an estimate. He came and gave me a great price and got down to it right away. He answered all the questions I had and was very knowledgable of the problem. He even swept my house of dead roaches so he would know which ones he had killed. He also found the roach nest and got rid of it! I was so relieved. I don’t think anyone else would’ve gone above and beyond like he did and I’m so grateful. Needless to say, I called Orkin right away and cancelled! I highly recommend this company to anyone!

I called Mateo after reading reviews on Unilocal.I had called another pest control company but they kept rescheduling and I wasn’t feeling confident and needed help with unwanted visitors ASAP! Mateo was so friendly and scheduled me right away!
I was way out of his area but he still came out on a Saturday and called me up like he said he would and showed up right on time.

I was going to wait a few days to write my review since I thought that results would take a while to show, but I was mistaken.
I am a Unilocaler and use this site often– that’s how I found this company. I had a roach/​ant problem which needed taking care of. I am a believer of supporting small local business so decided to give this company a try.
Mateo answered my call promptly, answered all preliminary questions, and we set an appointment for treatment. He even came by to give me a FREE estimate before committing to anything.
He was very professional, personable, and nice to my 3 year old, who had a million questions (if you have young kids you know how repetitive their questions can be).
I live in a community which is still under construction, meaning it hosts bugs and other pests since there are a lot of garbage bins, lots of clutter, etc.
Mateo treated for fire ants (which have attacked my child and her young friends) while playing outside. He also treated for roaches and small ants found inside my home. Results were seen as early as the next day. He also guarantees his work, so if anything were to show up in a few weeks, he said he would come and treat at no cost.
I will be using this company for future treatment (recommended every 3 – 4 months) as both my husband and I were happy with the results as well as the cost (we shopped around and got best quote with this company).
