Fuentes Moving

Fuentes moving was an excellent pick for our company’s big move!!! They definitely delivered! After weeks of searching for a professional and economic company, we finally found Fuentes! They were prompt to come to our site for an instant quote, and a fantastic quote at that! The fact that they were local Miami movers made the process much more personal for us, and our needs. The owner Pedro was very patient with our company, as we continued to change our move date due to the Cable company not confirming a final installation date. When our Saturday move date finally arrived, they were at the move site before us, and ready to work! Four men where present to wrap all of our furniture, making sure to note any scratches and dents prior to the wrapping and removal of the items. Once at our new facility, the movers organized all of our items where we wished. The staff was very friendly and kept smiles on their faces throughout. The move that other companies had estimated would take over 8 hours, was completed by Fuentes Moving in a little over 5 hrs. I have never used a mover before, but if I’m ever in need of a mover for my personal home, I have no reason to look elsewhere. They were simply put– THE BEST! Thank you Fuentes Moving for no headaches, no lost items, no damaged furniture, and great service!!!

I can say enough great things about the movers and owner of Fuentes Moving. They were on time (actual 15 minutes early), exceptionally professional as well as personable, and I would highly recommend them without any reservations. I needed movers to help me move many items and boxes from a self-​storage locker near the University of Miami because I had been injured. I called the owner, Pedro from out of town, who I did not know, simply based on the website, which especially appealed to me because it was family owned business. Pedro was terrific in ensuring me that everything would go smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew that knew exactly what to do and how to negotiate parking near my daughter’s dorm despite the fact that it was move-​in day for all of the upper class students. The crew made sure that everything was off the truck and exactly where it needed to be, including making sure all the boxes were properly turned so we could see the labels — making our unpacking go even smoother!

I’ve been using these guys since 2007 and they have ALWAYS delivered on time and professionally and at reasonable prices. Pedro has been flexible and consistent over the years. On average, I’ve moved twice a year due to my ever changing travel career and they moved me in and out of storage units to where ever I was going locally. Now that I’ve bought a home and won’t be moving anytime soon, they will be the first to call when it’s time to move my office. Thanks Pedro for excellent service.

These 3 movers were exceptionally amazing! They were on time, professional and extremely helpful! These guys by far have been the best moving company I’ve ever hired! I would give them 10 stars but it’s not available! These guys made sure everything came up and was placed exactly where we wanted it. We couldn’t have gotten better assistance.

I could not have asked for better people/​service or outcome. While in TN, I called the moving service. Expecting to hear someone say «Fuentes moving company», but got «Hello». i wondered if I called the correct number. I explained I would be driving an Uhaul & I was a little leery about the entire move, but Mr. Fuentes was very courteous and reassuring on the phone. I asked for an email confirmation of our appointment conversation at my Condo in Miami. I was given his cell # to text my email address. I promptly received the confirmation, verbatim, what we discussed. A few days & thousand miles later, I show up in Miami around 10am. View my Condo, now, keys in hand. So I have time to kill. my moving appointment is at 2pm. I get a phone call from Mr. Fuentes, confirming our appointment around 11am. He said his guys will be at my Condo early. I said perfect, because I was already in town. He asked if his guys could start earlier and I said let me check on the elevator reservation & ill call back. With Condo approval, Fuentes Moving was at the Condo about 30min later. They directed me backing the Uhaul into the tight space, then these guys went at it. Very cheerful, joking, telling me about the area, it was like hanging with some young friends. Im 43, in shape, and thought I’d get some exercise and help & a few times they were like «give me that, we got it», lol. They put things that were labeled in their proper rooms, threw away any debris, help me put together my sectional… These guys were awesome! They were done at 1:45. I had the elevator reserved 2 – 5. The early move allowed 2 other tenants to use the service elevator. Win, win, win! I highly recommend these guys, they were the total package.

After using Fuentes Moving for a move from Brickell to the Beach, I can honestly say look elsewhere. The move was fine, and I thought the guys that did the job were pretty solid, except for the fact that they stole (or left unattended and someone else stole) a number of expensive items that were packed away.
There was just something a little shady about the whole operation — only accept cash for payment, no invoice (no proof they did my move is what it amounted to when I filed a police report), and when I called to complain, I was I was immediately treated as if I were the thief trying to con money from them.
Anyway, I was basically ignored from the second I reported a problem, so for what it’s worth, I would use another firm…

I can’t say enough good things about Pedro Fuentes Movers and his crew. Totally professional, affordable, considerate, friendly, and single-​mindedness of high quality service. I asked for three men to help me move. It was a difficult move in that it involved moving from a densely populated high-​rise tower — this means lots of foot traffic, red tape and a list of rules from the building management — not easy! These men were on time, and kept their cool despite several glitches from the building’s management. I was astounded at how they carefully wrapped each piece of furniture, and asked me questions as needed. You won’t be sorry… and be ready with the tip, because they deserve it. I only had a three-​hour window in which to use the service elevator, and these men finished before my time was up. Excellent. Would use again. Thank you, Pedro Fuentes Movers!

I have only used Unilocal for restaurant recommendations, however decided to check out the reviews for a local mover. I called Fuentes on Monday (as they had good reviews) for a move on Wednesday and not only were they able to fit me in their schedule… they were on time and extremely professional. Pedro and his team took great care of me and my belongings. Yay! Unilocal succeeds again

Pedro, the owner/​manager, is professional, fair, organized, and incredibly responsive.
Due to my husband’s profession, we have experience moving – we’ve had over 12 different addresses. Suffice to say, we’ve learned a thing or two along the way about relocation. The best advice: Hire the right packers and movers. They will not only save you time, but quite possibly save your sanity and marriage.
Fuentes Moving is an honest and well-​staffed company. Unlike many local movers who did not meet the strict requirements of our luxury high-​rise, they were immediately approved. The FM employees arrived on-​time and were friendly, helpful and extremely hard-​working. The three gentlemen Pedro assigned to our family, took care not to damage any of our items and even fixed a couch leg that had been broken by the previous movers. Additionally, they knew how to disassemble, pack, move, and reassemble a baby grande piano. Experienced professionals with good character and warm personalities.

Fuentes Moving Company was recommended to me by a friend who had used them twice.
I have NEVER had such a seamless and easy move. They arrived ½ hour early, calling me to confirm the day before and the week before.
They took care of business in a very timely manner, not concerned about adding time, but, rather, saving time.
The guys remembered where everything needed to be placed. They packed up my lamps, ensuring that nothing would get broken and it didn’t.

The 3 movers were great and very professional. They arrived exactly at 9am. I supervised most of the move but had to leave for an hour midway through. They continued the process without my supervision and took care of business.
It was a ²⁄₂ with couches, living and kitchen set and a ton of clothes and small bags (we are two girls in our twenties) the job was completed in 3.5 hours.
I highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future. Thanks guys!
