The move was flawless, They were on time, punctual, polite, professional. This company was priced less than the completion and I was initially worried I would not get a good job. I was wrong, they packed and wrapped all my belongings perfectly, kept to the original price estimate. I highly recommend this company without reservation and will use them again for sure.

Absolutely perfect move. They showed up on time, were extremely polite and helpful, and moved everything carefully and promptly. The last time I moved, I had less stuff and it ended up costing about 40% more money than this move did because they charged by the hour and they worked slowly and went way over the estimate. This move was very quick and they really knew what they were doing. I was very concerned with moving my brand new OLED TV but they reassured me and did a great job packing and moving it. Nothing was damaged at all. The price I paid was exactly what I was quoted over the phone when I scheduled the move. I couldn’t be more pleased. Horrible customer service! I called to get a quote for my 1 bedroom home told him I don’t have any bedroom furniture to move since I’m getting new ones delivered to the new home. He didn’t ask for any items I needed moved and automatically cut me off and quoted me $ 450 (moving 1.5miles away) I continued by explaining the items of furniture I had he once again cut me off and said is $ 450 too expensive for you? (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!) I said well sir let me go over my items it isn’t much he continued by saying thanks have a great day! What kind of company is this? Unprofessional and judged! Too bad I had two more houses for them. STAY AWAY I can’t imagine how they would be when they actually show up to your home.

It was my first time moving by myself and I was extremely overwhelmed but they came in and made me feel like they were there to help. They packed up all my furniture and boxes took it to my new place, rebuilt my bed and placed all my furniture exactly where I wanted it.
It was definitely the best money spent! Thank you!

The first portion of my long-​distance move experience with FlatRate was great. I worked with Ian who was always very helpful and patient. I had a scarring move experience in the past so Ian was very kind and cooperative with my many questions. I had two men come day of who were on time and got in and out in less than an hour and a half. Luis was also kind enough to help me get some anchors out of the wall. I am storing my stuff with them for a couple of months until I have a location for them to deliver to in NY and can only hope it is as smooth on the back end as it was to start, stay tuned…
As a tip, if you are using them for storage and you want climate controlled facilities be sure to specify this! I assumed that their basic storage they offer (first month free, $ 105/​month after) would be climate controlled because its Florida but its not. To store in climate control its $ 145/​month and you need to ask for it specifically.

Highly recommend this company. My experience was extremely great with this company. They were professional, efficient, and extremely pleasant to deal with.

Guys from FlatRate were terrific! I could not have had a better experience. They came highly recommended from a couple of people I know in NYC since I just moved to Miami, and let me tell you there is a reason why.
They were punctual, professional, friendly, courteous, and they did an amazing job. My stuff was in storage in South Miami and they loaded it up within 45 minutes and moved me into the building. The crew was led by Stefan who was amazing and so was the rest of the crew. Everything was in perfect shape and they set up my baby grand piano just how it was at home. I hope not to have to move soon but if I do, I will most definitely be using these guys again. I highly recommend them to everyone who has to move… these guys truly made it a breeze.

This is the second time I have used these guys to move in 2 years, and there is a reason these guys have 5 star reviews. They’re fast, proficient, and courteous. I recommend them to everyone I know that’s moving short or long distances.

This is a review of my my first long distance move and a first with using a moving service. And, with only the load-​up and move out complete so far I very impressed by the service and experience. From the first call with Ian to schedule and review the details, to Guy the scheduler, to the three guys (led by Marco P.) who showed up move –out day, every aspect of this event has met, if not exceeded, my expectations for quality of service, politeness, professionalism and attention to detail. I was most impressed with the attention to wrapping and protecting my furniture, all newly purchased, so I was apprehensive and wary of letting others handle and move it away. These guys were fast and efficient and definitely knew how to do things right.
Highly recommend Flat Rate Miami crew, fingers crossed that the remaining process and crew on the other end is as good as the first!

Very professional and on time. Men were vey helpful and quick. Handle all items with delicacy. There were no hidden fees or additional fees added to my contract which is very good compare to other moving companies that charge for everything after the fact.

orst moving company in miami! Stay away from Flat Rate. Showed up over 1.5 hours late to the appointment then rushed to meet a move out deadline and left several heavy items behind! The manager named Guy is a liar, denying agreed upon moving times, and the other Russian manager in dispatch argued with me telling me I was wrong. I had to rent a second truck at uhaul plus a hand truck in order to move the rest of my things. I’m requesting money money back from my credit card company. Stay away from flat rate.

I moved last week and could not be happier with the service before, during and after. Frank, my rep, was simply stellar and could not have been more helpful or accommodating throughout the whole process. The crew was also fantastic despite the fact that is was NOT an easy move. I would highly recommend them for any and all moves.

We moved from Fort Collins to Miami. The Miami unloading team was great. Super fast and handled all of our stuff with care. We had a 3 man crew led by David G. They were all super nice and helpful, especially in dealing with our building which has very specific moving requirements. Would definitely use FlatRate again.

I have used Flat rate a few times and every time have had great service from beginning to end. The office staff and movers are informative and knowledgable. The movers come in like ninjas and get to work right away, wrap up your furniture and start moving out to the truck, before you realize it the apartment is empty. When you get to your destination, they unpack and put everything where you want it. Trying to do this with some buddies would take a whole day, and they have it done in a few hours.
Also might I add they are professionals in every aspect of moving industry. They made sure all my items were wrapped and double wrapped incase it got damaged during transit. I move from Aventura to Miramar without a hitch, keep up the good work!
