Karen and Augusto are first rate. I hired them to do window treatments for me, and they made great suggestions. The window treatments they suggested were perfect, and made a big difference in the room. Both are extremely responsive to text messages and voicemail, and very conscientious once the job started. They also are general contractors, and I hired them to design and renovate a room in my apartment. It came out beautifully, and the price was very fair. Anytime a repair needed to be done, they have been quick to respond, and very helpful. I can highly recommend Dream Interior Designs.

Wow… I could not be happier with the purchase of our Shades. I called them to come out and measure they showed up the same day and within a week i had my new custom shades hanging and looking great… These guys really care and worked around our schedule for installation… I would strongly recommend them… They had great ideas on the best look of our room… Can, t of asked for any better service and the prices were very fair…

These people are some of the least professional people I have ever dealt with. They never showed up on time, «rescheduled» multiple times, only delivered on their promises about half of the time, and now after only a month, the motorized shades make cheap squeaky noises when they go up/​down. Not what you expect when you pay more than $ 6500 for window shades… Furthermore, they arranged for an electrician to wire the motorized shades but failed to provide documentation showing his license and insurance after they had promised me to do so and I had asked on 3 separate occasions. This was after they doubled the original quote for his work from $ 800 to $ 1550. The time it takes to receive the shades is also about twice what they first tell you but luckily I wasn’t in a rush. I’m still waiting on the last two window shades and while I think they will eventually deliver, we are currently on our 3^rd rescheduling. I never write reviews but this business is a joke.

The previous owner of my apartment had installed blackout blinds in the two bedrooms. The installation was not great and Augusto and Karen came up with an amazing idea to install a fabric covered fascia board at the top as well as white sheers in front. They reupholstered my furniture white, as well. My place looks fantastic. They were professional, fast, and very affordable. If you want the best quality and service in town, go to Dream Interior Designs, no question.

I needed blackout shades for my bedroom and a blackout curtain for a doorway. Karen did a great job helping me select shades that blended aesthetic and functionality. She also had a great eye for recommending fabric for the curtain.
The installation was done very professionally. That was about 4 months ago and I continue to be very pleased with the purchase. I will definitely call Karen again for my next set of window treatments.

Very knowledgeable and informative; Karen never pressured a sale and was open to outside-​the-​box ideas. She was also responsive, prompt and reliable which is hard to find in Miami and a big reason why i’m writing this glowing review (my first).
