Estuve en esta farmacia hace cuestion de jn rsto estaba con una alergia muy fuerte sali en mi auto para llegarme a la farmacia mas cercana posible y encontre este cvs estaba cerca del walgreens donde siempre voy sin emabrgo me dije voy a ir a este entre y me encontre con DOLORES una trabajadora que mas que trabajadora por el make up que traia parecia un drag queen (looking very profecional) me le acerque y le pregunte que donde podia encontrar los medicamentos para la alergia ella estaba poniendo productos en los estabtes y sin apenas tomarse el tiempo de mirsrme un segundo a la cara para responderme las buenas noches con la que habia comenzado mi converzacion me respondios YO NO SOY DOCTORA NI FARMACEUTICA NO PUEDO INDICARTE NADA. Una respuesta super rude y grocera le dije no te estoy pidiendo que me des nada solo te pido que me indiques donde esta el claritin pues yo sabia lo que venia a buscar yme dijo no ves que estoy ocupada ya unpoco indignado por la falta de respeto de esta trabajadora llamada DOLORES. Le dije pero tu trabjas aqui me deverias de dar servicio saco un telefono y llamo segun ella a seguridad, de la nada salio un mountruo porque es la palabra que puedo describir a esta persona gritandome y diciendome en insultos get the f*** out of my store SHAME ON YOU CVS AND SHAME IN YOUR TEAM como pueden decirle eso a una costumer que solo vino a comprar medicamentos.
Un caballero que estaba al lado mio con su hija en sus brazos salto en mi defensa y le dijo esa señora DOLORES tambien me trato mal nosotros no vinimos aqui a robar o asaltar vinimos por medicamentos prinero ella nos maltrata ahora tu nos dices get the f*** out of here verguenza les deveria dar y aun con su hija enferma cargada se dirijio hacia otro estante en lo que yo le decia a ese animal que tenian por security que by the way no tenia uniforme solo estaba en ropa civil y lo unico que decia get the f** of here get ou y segun el comenzo a llamr a la policia el señor que estabs con la nina me dijo quedate que yo me voy a quedar pero solo coji el medicamento y me diriji a la caja registradora a pagar cual fue mi sorpresa cuando el tal security se lenacerco al cajero y gritandome eninsultandome me decia vete we refuse u y como yo no estaba muy bien ni de animo ni de salud sali de la tienda me monte en mi auto y este personaje el tal SECURITY me siguio gritandome insultos de origen rasista que atentan hacia mi moral y hacia mi persona y mi integridad se paro detra de mi auto por un momento y no me dejaba sslir fue jn super mal Momento y una muy mala experiencia al final me Fui a walgreens a comprar donde se me atendio con respeto con entusiasmo mucho carino …
Solo espero que los MANAGERS O DIRIGENTES de este establecimientos tomen medidas con estas personas porque comportamientos como este no deberian de ser tolerados … La actitud de estas dos perosnas ponen en duda la confianza en la tienda y el maltrato hacia los clientes solo nos hace pensar en una cosa nunca mas regresar SHAME ON YOU CVS

Don’t expect to speak to a pharmacy staff over the phone. I called the store and asked to speak to store manager. The store manager put me on hold and said he will walk to the pharmacy and help me from there. HA! After being on hold for five more minutes, I gave up! SMH

No it can’t be!
This store is strategically located a very short distance from where thousands of tourists are dropped off (every day), in order to experience the Cuban culture on famous Calle Ocho. Possibly for hundreds of these tourists the familiar CVS Pharmacy logo is a great option for cooling refreshments, snacks or a refill on medication forgotten back at home.
Just a few minutes ago I went into this CVS Pharmacy and left the store extremely angry, frustrated but mainly disappointed. To begin with, two street people were lying close to the entrance as if the walkway to the store is their private dormitory — quite intimidating during the day, possibly dangerous if late at night.
Once inside I quickly noticed that there were no shopping carts available. When I asked the only sales associate (in the whole store), it was calmly explained to me that the shopping carts were constantly being stolen. The only available shopping crate felt sticky and dirty as if these too were not being replaced. Obviously this was the only remaining one and constantly being recycled.
I honestly felt I was in an episode of the Twilight Zone or a third world country where everything not tide down is stolen and people simply don’t care. Does the store manager make such a measly salary that the nonchalant attitude is justified? Or has this relatively new store already adopted the typical indifferent attitude towards customers so prominently found in Miami?
Show indifference to me, I can live with it because I have lived in Miami long enough to have accustomed myself to a lack of proper customer care/​relations and good work ethic — but please get your act together for the tourists mentioned earlier.

I never write reviews so the fact that I’m writing is because it’s pretty bad. The WORST but i mean WORST cvs pharmacy customer service ever! Always a long line NOBODY helps you, always a problem, always a mistake they make and when you ask them to figure it out and solve it they don’t care, don’t try to and absolutely don’t give a sh**. This has to be the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been to. frustrating to be a customer there

Worst, the medicine is not available and I asked for help, the pharmacy Technitian said NO!!!

I hate this CVS. This is the second time I come to drop off a prescription and they don’t have it. I ask the guy how long will it take to order it and he said a week. Seriously? He just didn’t want to do the work! Horrible service!

this CVS just opened about 2 months ago. I have to say, even though it is in little Havana, this CVS is very spacious. lots of parking, nice employees. it even has a self-​checkout!
