on 9÷22÷15 I took my car to be repaired. The A/​C was not working, only hot air was coming from the A/​C. was charged a total of $ 374.50 to repair my car. When I received the car back after being repaired. The repairman returned the car to me and stated your a/​c is working fine and the A/​c was on #4 the highest level for the A/​c. I did not think about checking all levels of the a/​c to ensure it was functioning properly. I was glad to have the a/​c working. The next day I placed the a/​c on #2 and it did not work. I placed the a/​c back on #4 and the a/​c was working in full force. I knew that I had a warranty for 12 months and I had a very busy schedule and I was sure the company would honor their 12,000.00 mile/​12month warranty once I took the car back. I was informed by the owner that it is another part of the a/​c. I explained to him the a/​c was never fixed properly and I had already paid for it. I have a warranty, the a/​c only worked on #4 thats why the repairman return the car with the a/​c on #4. I was informed that all the cars are returned on#4. Another customer came in while ii was there with a complaint that they did not repair his a/​c and they told him that he needed a special part. The customer asked them if they had replaced the compressor prematurely to make make money because he is still having problems with his a/​c. I feel I was taken advantage of because I am a female and the repairman knew that my car was not fixed properly. It appears that the warranty does not have value and they are claiming I need an additional part. My care was never accurately repaired. The a/​c controls did not work on #1, #2, #3 and The repairman knew it was not working properly thats why my car was delivered to me on #4. I would like to have a refund of my money back that I paid to repair the car the second time. This company is taking advantage of the customers.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! These people are a total rip-​off! They put garbage rebuilt compressors in your car for a «reasonable price»… Well, you get what you pay for!!! I wish I had read the reviews on this spot before I ever took my car there. I had to keep bringing my car back because the AC patch work they did was so shotty! After my 4^th visit in a matter of 3 weeks, I had enough. I am now disputing this place with my credit card company to see if I can get my money back and get it fixed elsewhere, even if it’s going to cost me more at least I know it will be fixed! Not only do they give you bad parts and shotty work, but the customer service is HORRIBLE! On my first visit they told me it would be a couple of hours… Four hours and $ 350 later I was still there! The second time I took my car in (bc the first job was a fail) they told me I would have to come back because «it was not worth their time» to take a look at my car because it was a Saturday and they had paying customers to take care of! As if I hadn’t paid $ 350 a week earlier! The third time I brought my car in was on a weekday and so I had to call in late to work to drop it off and also leave work early enough to go get my car back. I paid an additional $ 100 because the condenser also needed to be replaced. Shocker eh? Eight miles down the road, while driving on the palmetto… The AC BROKE AGAIN!!! I called them and they said I would have to bring it again the next day bc it was past their 5pm closing time. The next day I had to ask my supervisor for more time off to get this taken care of. I dropped the car off at 8:30am. In the afternoon when I left work to go pick up the car, I called them to let them know I was on my way. When I got there they had just started working on my car! It had been sitting all day and they didn’t bother to look at it till 4:30pm when I called! Now it’s 5pm (their «closing» time) and I am waiting on my car. I was livid. When it was «ready» I told the mechanic Manny that it was making a noise. First he said he couldn’t hear it, then when another coworker mechanic told him that it was indeed making a funny noise, Manny told me «all ACs make noise when you turn them on blast». I insisted that he fix it and he insisted that it was fine. Four days later, the AC broke again and this time smoke was coming from underneath the hood and the smell of fire and burning filled my car! I FREAKED OUT! I pulled over and called my credit card company immediately to dispute the charges.
SHAME ON THEM! Next step… BBB.

Employers not pleasant, employers looked annoyed, over worked, stressed. I did not feel comfortable at all. I paid $ 300+ for my AC to get fixed, the next day, it didn’t work. Went back I told them AC is not working, they wanted me to pay $ 700+ to fix it. What a rip off! They don’t deserve not even one start.

In Miami I haven’t found a more honest and fair shop. Took a couple trips to get everything squared away (not their fault-​job was complicated) Manny was on point and they work as fast as they can, which isn’t always the case in south Florida. I will definitely go back!

Been going here for years. This place reconditions its own air compressors and sells them to to places like pep boys for resale. You can basically get a new A/​c Compressor here installed cheaper than buying the a/​c compressor at the auto parts store. I had one put in my blazer a few years ago, and have not had any problems. They are also general mechanics with very reasonable prices, in some cases you cannot beat the price. I just as of two days ago had to replace an a/​c compressor, it cost me 325 $ including labor with warranty.

On the negative the mechanics here more or less cannot diagnose issues without connecting the cars computer or seeing the obvious. If the computer cannot tell them the issue they are clueless. So If you have a complex issue this is not the place, they are more like junior mechanics who do general work. If you know what is already wrong, or have to do brakes or have a part that needs installing, this place is perfect.

I’ve been going to these people for 5 years, and I’ll they did was sold me junk compressors. 5 years ago, I went to them to get a compressor, they sold me a rebuild compressor. This one died within 2 years, how convenient. Then I went back and they sold me another rebuild compressor, which again also died within 2 years. I thought I learned my lesson by now, but I haven’t, because this place was close to my job. This time they offered me a new compressor, charged me doubled the money of a rebuild compressor. It was not blowing cold here, the fuse kept blowing up. I took it back to them and they rigged the compressor to come on when I turned the ignition on. Ever since then, my battery kept dying. I did not know what it was, so I had to get alternator replaced, bought a brand new battery, and still didn’t fix the problem. Finally I bought to my mechanic find out what the problem was, needless to say it was the compressor that was bad and it was rigged. On top of that 2 mechanics and air conditioning place confirmed that it’s not a new compressor but REBUILD.
I’M FURIOUS AND REPORTED THEM TO THE CONSUMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR DAMAGES THEY CAUSED TO MY CAR.
IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF, DON’T GO THERE AT ALL!!!
