This is the best tour I have taken. Perfect weather to be out on the jet skis and very informative. Most of all had a heap of fun on the jet skis for 2 hours! Private tour with Andres and David thanks heaps guys you made our time in Miami even better!

Most amazing & unforgettable experience ever!
I’ve rented jet skis in Hawaii before where they restricted us to certain areas and did not allow us to explore past the assigned area. Felipe and Andres were amazing!!! We initially went thinking we were going to just ride jet skis near the marina. boy was i wrong! They took us on a boat to a small island off the shore where we were able to ride freely around. Then, Andres had met us in the middle of where we were riding around and had told us to follow him. He took us on an adventure. Gave us a tour of all of the mansions that belonged to celebrities, downtown Miami, Fisher Island, and also this really beautiful area where you can find manatees! He even let us jet ski outside of the marina in the ocean which was super fun riding the real waves. Even though I really wanted to find a manatee, we couldn’t stay in that area too long because I had a flight to catch and ended up having to rush back. I really wish I didn’t have my flight scheduled for that night. They were really generous on time and didn’t even cut us short after an hour. It was funny because Andres didn’t even rush us at all and kept taking us to different spots and taking pictures of us that I had to tell him, «im so sorry but I might miss my flight. we need to head back» I was beyond thankful for his service and can’t wait to join him on a water tour again!
Andres had taken over 80 pictures for us and sent it to my iphone with air drop. I was really shocked at the level of their customer service. I am so glad I found them and will make sure to always bring my friends and family to them for a great jet-​ski experience. Once we got back to the jet skis they even let us do water tubing! I barely made my flight and went straight to the airport in drenched clothes… but IT WAS ALL SO WORTH IT! This experience made my spontaneous trip to Miami so memorable that I probably wouldn’t have regretted it if I had missed my flight ;) Thank you guys so much! I should’ve wrote this post sooner

Great experience we rent 3 Jetski for one hour in an island and it was so fun. We really enjoy our afternoon. Service is nice and the scooter are brand new ans fast

Had fun with the jet ski adventure!!! Nice guider and they let us try the highest speed at 80!!! They do pick up service so you don’t need to drive there they will pick u from the hotel. WITH a Convertible bmv!!! Amazing experience! Call them now!!! Lol.

My teenager and I had an awesome time with Felipe’s crew out at picnic island! The price is reasonable for the variety of adventures, jet skis, snorkeling, kayak, paddle board, tubing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this to anyone looking for a good time in/​on the water in the Miami area. We came from Boynton Beach about an hour north but this place was really easy to find and had convenient public parking and bathrooms.

We wanted to do a jetski activity event for our bachelor party so we came here. It was alot cheaper than individual jetski rentals for everyone so we decided to rent a boat with a jetski attached. This saved us a lot of money and was more fun to see each person having fun riding. Filipe, Danielle, and the captain Angelo were all so kind, couldn’t ask for a better staff. I highly recommend everyone to give them a call and ask for Filipe. Best Trip EVERRRRR!

We did have wonderful time with Miami tours and water adventures! Our captain is David, and he is a great guy. He introduced us all the famous buildings by the coast and guided us to a great restaurant for lunch. He provided everything we wanted. We also took many water activities I a private island during the day. Don’t miss the tubing! It was very exciting! It is kinda pricy, but if you want to have some exciting and unforgettable time in Miami, Miami Tours and Water Adventures is definitely your best choice!

Felipe was the best host you could ever get to show u the waters of Miami. Did A jet ski tour with some snorkel and it was super fun. He was knowledgable and showed us all the celebrity homes. He is fun to be around. Took pics and video and sent us the video composed of pics with background music. It was awesome. Thanks again.

This being our first time in Miami, the guided jet ski tour was the perfect way for us to see landscapes and different areas of the city. Felipe took us around Biscayne Bay, Fisher Island, downtown Miami, and Monument Island. The tour included complimentary photos and videos and the customer service went above and beyond expectations! I definitely feel like we got our money’s worth. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to see beautiful Miami from the water! Thank you Felipe!

Class act. As I cannot pass judgment on their services, I left a negative review on this page mistaking them for playtime water sports. I contacted Filipe to apologize and he could not have been more of a class act. I will be in Miami in December and look forward to using his services. Do not use playtime water sports! Go with Filipe!

My wife and I made a Reservation for a Jet Ski Tour… it was Awesome!
We arrived at little early for the Tour & Phillipe was waiting & ready to go
He outfitted us with brand new Yamaha Jet Ski’s & Life Jackets & passed us a couple bottles of cold water before we started our 90 minute tour.
We departed from South Beach & he took us out to Biscayne Bay where we saw Monument Island, Port of Miami, Villa Viscaya, Millionaires Row & a whole lot of other places.
On our tour we also saw a pod of Dolphins & a Manatee, that was cool.
Most important, my wife was really happy on the Tour, couldn’t have gotten her a better birthday present.

Great jet ski’s very nice and newer. The tour was pretty good. Thought to see more stars houses but we only saw 3… It was nice because you could take off and be as daring as you wanted to on the ski’s

I took the 2-​hour jet ski tour and loved it! All of the sites on the tour were amazing. We got to see everything from celebrity homes on Star Island, the hip Sand Bar, and my personal favorite the beautiful Miami sky line!

I recently purchased the Island Adventure Tour (private boat) for a group of a party of six, and we had a good time at Monument Island. A few things worked to make our experience pleasant. First, Felipe offered to pre-​purchase food and drink for us to bring on the boat and took our food order a few days prior to our arrival. He charged us the cost of the food. This was helpful, as my party were from out of town and did not have a car with which to bring a lot of food. Second, Felipe let us know in advance that our location changed due to a mechanical issue with the boat that we would have been on. He explained that this meant our scheduled tour would need to start an hour earlier and that we would need to travel further to get to where we would meet our private boat’s captain. For the added trouble, Felipe was nice enough to cover the added cost of the transport to and from our hotel to the marina. Third, we had a really helpful and patient boat captain (Frank) who taught us about the water activities. Most of my party had never gone wake boarding, and our captain treated us nicely in giving us easy to understand instructions. Furthermore, when Frank realized that our two jet skis were going to be late, he reassured us that he would be extend our excursion so that we would have enough time on the jet skis. The jet skis instructors were also nice and easy to talk with.
In terms of logistics, Felipe communicated through phone calls and text messages and is responsive. I would keep his number handy before and during your excursions.

ウェブサイトから申し込めなかったり、なかなか電話に出なかったりと申し込みのハードルは高めでしたが、会ってみるととてもフレンドリーで親切な方たちでした。
おそらく社長？がBMWのオープンカーでホテルまで迎えにきてくれました笑
前述の通り、電話で予約しなければならないので、ある程度電話で交渉出来るくらいの英語力は必要かもしれませんが、それが可能であれば、とてもおすすめです！！

This was my first time in Miami and I had a great time with our capitan. So many water sports and so much fun make everyone happy on a sunny afternoon. We had a 4 hours water adventure trip and it became the best experience we had in Miami!

So I’m editing this review because I failed to add a few important things that I was to afraid to post! After showing my boyfriend the review I knew I needed to edit it! So after seeing Andrea L’s review I had to add to mine! Felipe was everything she stated and then some! At first He was very pleasant on the phone and accommodating! The trip began with them telling us to meet on tiki bar restaurant dock, THEY WERE ONE HOUR LATE! so while we wait in the blazing sun I kept calling and texting Felipe and he kept saying «we are 10 minutes away» well 20 minutes later, nothing! I text him again and he has same response… 20 minutes later, nothing! You get my point! So one hour later we finally board… The chops of the waves, the wind blowing and the reggae music was great! It was an awesome trip until we got to our snorkeling site! There were literally ***JELLYFISH*** everywhere!!! More than half the passengers on the boat didn’t snorkel out of fear of being bitten, I however was determined to make the best of my experience and snorkel and got bit all over my body, stung for a while and went away but they failed to tell everyone when booking that it’s jellyfish season!
So while I’m in the water and scared of these jellyfish is where Felipe’s sexual harassment comes along! He grabs me by my waist under water and says come with me don’t be scared, he grabs my hand and takes me under water to see the fish and wrecked ship (that was pretty cool seeing) his tone and way of talking to me was very uncomfortable! He was really close to me and touchy-​feely, And my boyfriend was with me on this trip! I got back in the boat and he kept looking at me in a sexual way almost! I was ready to go back at this point but we needed to go to the key biscane island first, that island is deserted with literally nothing there… The lighthouse was awesome! But the beach was not really a swimming beach as it was rocky. Felipe was late coming back from the island and Scott (other tour guide) made a joke saying «he’s probably where all the girls are» at that point I knew he was like this with all girls… So we get back to the dock we boarded at and Felipe shakes my boyfriends hand and then mine, says nice to meet, grabs me and then he kisses me on the cheek!!! Omg my boyfriend was livid! (And he hadn’t known about him taking me under water at this point) I just quickly walked away and my boyfriend and I left! Obviously my boyfriend was asking what that was all about???
All in all, the tour was okay, not worth the money really, but when you add Felipe’s sexual comments and unprofessionalism to it, it’s worse! what’s funny is Felipe’s comment/​reply back to Andreas review is ridiculous! I’m surprised Unilocal took her review down in the first place! It is legitimate and true to all she said! I’m just lucky I wasn’t with my only girlfriends on the trip because I feel my experience would have been worse had my boyfriend not been there!

I rarely write reviews for anything, but those guys are just too amazing to not write about. They’re extremely nice and helpful and they have tons of fun activities to offer, ranging from tubing to paddle boarding to wake boarding. Make sure you call ahead of time since they’re popular!
What I like most is they love what they do and they make a genuine effort to become friends with their customers. Afterwards they will even make a professional video for you to mark your memorable experience! I’d totally do it again next time I come to Miami.

This was the most amazing experience I have ever had on water; not only because of the variety of sports they can accommodate, but also because the coaches were just so nice.
Kayaking, tubing, paddle boarding, as long as you can think of what you would like to try out, they are more than happy to provide you tools, little but useful instructions and most importantly, fun and pictures!
Make sure to give a call before coming, and make sure to enjoy your time here!
