The owner was a gem of a person and gave me a great deal at the last min at half the price ther tours would. best part is the bus was exactly the same as other tour group wholesalers.

This is my first time posting a review, so I want to be as fair and balanced as I possibly can with my review. I booked my tour the same day that I was scheduled to take it. I was concerned because most tours need 24hrs notice prior to booking. I had been looking at tge various tours and this company caught my eye, due to their prices being 50% to 60% cheaper than other tours. Being that I was booking last minute the instructions were to call the company to confirm that reservation was received, I did get in touch with a representative and he confirmed my booking. The bus was a few minutes late, so I had got nervous that our pick up was missed, but as I looked for the phone contact for company the bus show up. The bus was an older model, but that was not a major concern and the air conditioning was not blowing the greatest, still was not a big issue. The bus dropped us off and we got on the actual tour bus. That too was an older model and there was a panel missing from the top roof section and of course it was where me and my family were sitting. Was not that big of an issue until we got caught in a down pour, which all of us got soaked from rain. Good thing is it hot Miami, so dried off pretty quickly. The speaker system could be upgraded on bus. The good news is the driver was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he made for a good experience. The time in little Havana could have been longer. Was not able to see all the things that driver had pointed out for us to visit in the 35 minutes allotted. After little Havana we headed toward the 2^nd part of the tour which was on a tour boat. The boat was very up to date and clean. The tour guide that hanlded this portion of the tour was great, he had a lot of great facts and keep everyone laughing and in good spirits. Long story short is the tour was worth the $ 35 per person that I paid. Unfortunately I can judge it against other tours in the area, due to not taking any other tours yet. I gave the 3 star rating due to the condition of the bus and getting soaked. I would book this tour again, but I would sit in a section that had a roof:-)

I so wanted to post a great review, especially for their first. Reservation was fine and tour was great!!! Problem was in picking us up and getting us back to our hotel. There were several of us left at the docks with no ride back. This resulted in a $ 40 cab back to our hotel. I did receive a phone call from the «owner» who was very apologetic but pretty much guaranteed that no fiduciary repercussion would be given. The tour is good, just have a back up plan.
